No, if Jett gets 2nd overall and Hunter gets 3rd overall, Hunter wins. Hunter is up 9. 2nd to 3rd only gains Jett 6 points.
So, If the 2nd moto is Eli, Jett, Hunter, Hunter wins title.
If the 2nd moto is Hunter, Jett, Eli then the overall is Jett, Hunter, Eli and Jett wins the title.

Jett didn't win the title. That was 2020. Ferrandis won the title.

Honestly, who’s going to pick it up that much and challenge him before outdoors next year? Running the number 1 is just bragging rights at this point. He should for sure move up.
Rough that Hunter could come into the night with the red plate, end the season with the same amount of points as Jett and still lose the title - but I guess it lines up with how the rest of the overalls, etc work out.
