Just a few Triumph 250s

Framed one down and got it all cleaned up and ready to put back together

Framed down the bike, got the frame and everything all cleans up and ready to go back together. While I was waiting for the suspension to get done I was Messing around with some wing templates like the HRC ones. Put some Dunlop 34s on, heavy duty tubes, Renthal 996 bars, soft Comp half waffle grips, went with 13/49, with a did ERT3 chain. Cut 3 links off and chain is at 55mm. Vapor blasted the clutch and front brake lever to add a little texture to them, also drilled two holes in the right side number plate to access the pipe bolts to check bolts and remove silencer without removing the number plate. 

Bike 2 was brand new with 0 hrs on it. So she came apart and everything was brillo’d and shined up nice. I went to my bolt drawer and found a oil cap and she goes right on. 
The PC gear shifter part number is YSL19250. If it’s not “in stock” on the website, just call the shop and ask them for that part number. 
I remove the short radiator overflow hose and just add a longer one that runs down the bottom of the frame. 
As far as the start buttons goes I’m making my own. 
If you notice the bump on the stand, head over to tractor supply and as for the horse mat. I remove the thin rubber on the top of the PC stands, add 1 layer of the horse mat and to have the bike sit perfectly straight with both tires off the ground you need two bumps on the front. 
Made some heat tape templates for the right rear number plate. 
Went with the Renthal 999 twinwalls on here with the G2 throttle tube with the quick turn Cam with some Renthal soft comp grips, gearing on this is 13/53 ( not in the last pictures, I changed it since then. Will post picture tomorrow ) with 1 link cut off at 55mm 

The race team uses factory triumph shifters made in house. 

I will get more pictures on the next ones. I was Filming time lapses on both of these when I was Building them so I didnt get any pictures of the little detailed stuff and different ways I’ve routed stuff. I will try to get some better stuff for you guys 

Yes sir you’re correct. The older ktm cam will work. I’m not sure what cam number that would be for the WC tube. I was going to call WC today but got too busy trying to get stuff all done and cut for MXON. I also have a PC billet throttle tube that feels really good. It’s for the older KTM as well. The 24 plus one needs some fine tuning on the bench grinder for it to work in the triumph housing…. Orrrr you could just order the current 24+ Austrian housing. 

Flying out to California to build some 25s and send it out to Swaps 25 250 shootout so here what all I stuff into a 9800 and my travel tool box. Pretty much have 2 of everything besides chassis parts in the 9800. Then the travel box just so happen to fit the Boxo 3 draws foam perfect.
