Dylan’s back.

The kid from Kevin’s Awesome MX101 team…on the Yellow Yamaha  (Deschambeault ?) is back…?

All is right in the Moto-Universe.

Color me stoked.

Wright showing why he's the man up here.

Kilroy had a great season and this last moto was his best, IMO.

He’s just a good dude.

There’s a good bit of Marty Smith in him. I believe…I know…

There’s hidden talent in Canada’s Champion. With the right opportunity…

He wins anything. Period.

Color me stupid; but. I know what I know. He’s the  “DeadPool” of All Things Moto. He respects it so much that the rest of us don’t understand how important that “respect” is.

Some of us think we know who’s who. We don’t . Dylan is as “core” as our sport is EVER gonna get.

I re-watched the podium speeches again and Drew said the following:

"Yeah, you know that's not me, but yeah Kaven got it and I have a lot of respect for him. Greatest rivalry I ever had so far. I have all the respect for him. Yeah, just couldn't get it done, but it was meant for him. Now we'll go pro in America."

"Yeah, you know this has helped me the most for my pro career in America and we're going to go and give them Hell at Ironman. Obviously, I can't thank Triple Crown series enough for this opportunity. They're like family to me and I'm glad it ended this way. Great battle that moto, but like I said it's not me, out of character, but there was a title on the line. Crazy last lap, but I couldn't get it done."

"Yeah, I'd like to thank my mom and dad, the whole family watching back at home, Monster Energy Team Green Pro Circuit Kawasaki for helping me out for these last couple of years. I'm leaving them soon, so it's pretty sad. I'd like to thank PRMX Partzilla for helping out in Canada. I wouldn't be here without them. Big supporters for me. I'd like to thank Fox Moto for keeping me kitted. All the Canadian fans. I could hear them all moto. Obviously, I had to come through the pack a little bit, so they were definitely cheering for me. Everyone who supports me a huge thanks too."

Drew Adams is making his pro debut at Ironman on a PC Kawi. I think that's what he meant when he mentioned he's leaving Team Green soon.

Amateur Team to Pro Team.

I would not be to upset with Drew Adams as he is 16 years old.

Great series and rides for #300 this summer but ends up looking like a poor sport and sad loser.

He didn't apologize for it, but he did say it wasn't him and that it was out of character.

Hopefully he learns from it.

He turned 16 3-4 months ago. Hopefully just a stupid childish mistake. I been watching him ride since he was on 50's and I've never known him to act like that. I would assume someone might have been telling him what he "could do" but who knows. I can't see it but I'll take y'all's word for it and call it an idiot mistake from a kid. Hopefully he learns from this.

This is the days that you have to think did I ever settle a single time (I- 2 passes throughout the season and he wins it). I know he had some bad race early.

I feel like the last race when Benoit held him off in that first moto show a lot of grit. He was on his ass the entire race correct? I just had the live timing to go by. Congrats to Benoit.

Hopefully Adams goes back and thinks about. Guess it wasnt quite as bad a 16 yo alessi move..

At Deschambault, Adams was on Benoit for the entire moto. Benoit rode his ass off and didn't break under pressure. Everyone watching was waiting for Drew to make the pass, take over the lead, and pull away, but it just never materialized. It was impressive to see Kaven hold him off.

It was a great race.

Both guys had impressive seasons. One is just starting his pro career, and the other is on the back nine. Take away Drew, and the championship would have been wrapped up a while ago.

I'm looking forward to seeing what Drew will do at Ironman and in the future. The kid has a bright future.

I can't remember when he commented, but he said he trains with Chance Hymas, but didn't say more. He didn't give any hints about whether or not he's running the same pace, if he's beaten him in practice, or anything. He just smiled. A couple more weeks, and we'll find out where he stacks.

For sure that championship would of been boring without Adams! Kaven would have been super dominant!

What is Kaven going to do next year?

It went as expected. He won - without much effort. Signed a lot of kids stuff and hung out for some AM races during the week.

I'm not sure what he's doing next year. He seems to be enjoying riding, so he could be back or go back into retirement.

He's out of the 250 class now, so if he decides to come back he'll need to be on a 450.

I remember back at Monster Mountain here in Alabama MANY years ago at a top kids showcase race (kind of what is the swap moto top kids thing now) Ryder D, Casey Cochran  were on 65's and I believe Adams might have been riding up a class on a 65 but he was a close 3rd to them. He was huge on a 50 Sr which he dominated (my grandson was in this one, painful to watch lol).  But I knew then he was gonna be special.

I will say that Drew tarnished himself yesterday but I watched most all his LL interviews and I caught some arrogance in his voice (not always a bad thing) but even a little over confidence in his voice. It was subtle but it was there. My grandson said he didn't consider it too bad but if I was in his camp I would want him to be more humble. Respect your competition. I like the old "walk softly, carry a big stick". Let your riding do the talking and he did but the language to me was slightly arrogant.  JMHO.

I predict Drew finishes top 6-8 overall. The Canadian series will help Drew with the extra fitness and intensity. Most times the Loretta's kids kind of drop off last 10-15 minutes but Drew has been racing long motos all summer.  Several of those he had to race with a lot of intensity the whole race correct?  I didn't start paying attention until mid summer but he had to come from deep in the pack a lot right? That experience has to help I believe.

Following moto has been a blast for me.  My boys raced in the same classes as Zach O, Nico izzi, Canard, Stroupe. Then years later and another generation I have seen my grandson race in classes with Casey C, Ryder D, Deegan, Ryder D.   I will die with some great moto memories, Neither of mine were ever competitive with any of them but it was always fun to watch.

Some of his races were won from the front and others from the back. It's been fun to watch. They weren't all easy, I know that much.

He came up short on the championship, but he learned quite a bit.

I'm hoping his experience here will push other fast US amateurs to come up here next year to gain experience. It helps our guys gain speed and they learn how to race and manage a championship. Win/win for everyone.

Great open and honest communication about that 2nd moto yesterday.  He didn't leave the track without making things right with his competitor, good on him.

I haven't watched the racing but I would think you have to try something and think on the fly during the moto.  Like he said, he learned a lot and that is invaluable experience going forward at the start of his pro career in the USA.

I agree with this 100%

Great pro racing on good tracks with good competition.  Hopefully others will follow Adams lead and load up the depth into the series again like before the plague.  Especially in the 450's I hope!
