Apparently Deegan Was Sick Yesterday.

He put on a solid ride and even threw a nasty whip over the sky shot. He didn’t look sick in the press day vid(which is taken down for some reason) or on the podium, But he still gained points which is crazy to me 54 up coming in to now 70 up.

When you are trying to portray you are the fastest guy in the class every week and you are not sick works.

He is the fastest guy. 70 point lead, has finished 1st or 2nd in most of the motos he's raced, and pushes hard until the end. 

Yet some of you think he skipped the post race conference because he split moto wins with Levi and went from a 54 to 70 point lead?   

Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s only riding a 450 outdoors during the weeks, to get a head start for when he moves up. It seems he knows he has these guys covered and is just thinking and planning for how win on a 450 from the get go. Outdoors that is. Supercross ain’t there yet. Another season outdoors seems unnecessary on the 250. 

In the videos, he is just riding a 250, he will ride a 450 if its a sand track or something else. It wouldn't be that smart to ride a 450 right now in my opinion which may not mean anything to some of you, which is fine.

You know what... good for him and his dad. He's performing. Is he talking a game? Yep.. but he's out there getting it done. 

I say great job by the whole Deegan family! 

Im a Deegan guy but sometimes its confusing, Deegan at press day and a few times has said he was training hard all week and didn't need a break and is there to out train and work everyone else. 

Then I think it was in reference to qualifying or his first moto start Brian said that two weeks in the hot Florida sun has him getting to a slow start or something like that. 

they will say whatever .....if they win, they will talk shit on the opposition.....if they dont win, they will lie about some excuse........

Pourcel and Barcia both trained on a 450 back in thier lites/250f days. It helped them both as i recall them saying.   CP sstarted doing it first then Justin followed suite.

Damn, it's always something with this kid.

Again, I like watching him race.

Anyone notice after moto one Deegan stood up on the pegs after the finish line, looked back at Levi and shrugged his shoulders then did some kind of hand motion, and finally pulled out a stoppie before going through the pipe? Levi shook his head looked like to me after the stoppie. Maybe I'm just an ahole but I be damned if I'm in that class and take his shit week in and week out. At some point these guys have to grow a pair and put Deegan in his place and stop letting him make them all look like a bitch every saturday. 

Man, I agree.  It's going to be interesting if that happens.  Hymas had a great opportunity to do that this weekend, so hopefully that gives him the confidence to put it to him at Budds or better yet SMX.  I like the drama, but definitely rooting for anyone other than Haiden to see him cry and make excuses when he is not winning.  At this point, he can say whatever he wants since he has these guys handled.

Don't disgrace the hurricane, Deegan isn't even in the same league. Deegan is a little punk acting tough, Bob was just an asshole that backed up what he said. 

Lewis said on the review pod he heard from a source, that shall not be named, that haiden may be in for nations this year.

The problem with your rant is that Haiden is backing up his talk. He has a 70 point lead with two rounds remaining. 

Deegan could solve world hunger and you’d all still complain about it

The kid is backing up his mouth much to the dismay of those who hate the kid.        He is a blast to watch on the track....I don't follow any of his social media crap....couldn't care less.  

I am a life long fan of Hannah....   there are some things about Hayden that remind me of him....BUT....there will only ever be one Bob Hannah. 

At the point that pic is from,  Bob was just getting started too.    Perhaps if Deegan has a J-law style career path  you could come back and say that. 

Bob was a you punk that backed it up back then, and so is Deegan right now.  

If anything, He is making it harder on himself. Giving the other racers fuel , He could be humble and give them credit and make it easier on himself. Sometimes I wonder if that is by design. If he's treating the 250 class as practice for when he gets onto a big bike. And making it more difficult on himself is just another part of the training.   Or it could be just to keep people talking about him, driving views and $$ . maybe both. 

I am a fan of the hard work and his ability to learn so fast. I prefer riders that are more soft spoken and let their riding speak for them. Like Tomac.  But it is entertaining to watch guys like him.  I think that RV would have been more like what we get from Deegan if RV was himself while he was still racing at the highest levels. So  in a way, I'm glad that he is doing what he is doing, if that is his real personality.  I could see some funny trash talking happen in the future when he and Jett are in the 450 class together.  So many people want to have more riders be themselves, ad then give riders shit when they are. And then wonder why more riders are not themselves.  

I'm glad Vital is finally back to normal. The H D crowd must have been at the rehab center with uncontrollable shakes by the third week.
