"Sad news
After yesterday’s qualifying race, I have taken some time to analyse what I have to work on for my comeback in MXGP. My injuries are completely healed but physically I’m not ready yet to compete at the highest level. The time to adjust my Yamaha Factory bike was also too short. That is the reason why I have decided not to start in the MXGP of Flanders in Lommel today. It is a decision I had to take with pain in my heart, but it is for my own safety. It is the best decision at this moment for my further career. Thanks to everyone for all your positive reactions when I announced my comeback. You will have to miss me today but I will make it up with you later with performances on the track"
I hope to see Geerts and Fernandez at 100% soon, two nice and humble guys, and great riders.
Fantastic weekend even with missing the ferry home.
The racing was chaotic and hard fought especially in the MX2 races. Cemented my opinion that this is the best GP of the year to experience, and Jupilar is also flowing to keep you hydrated.
MX2 had great racing again, but man that class has been hit hard by injuries. We were missing Adamo, Benistant, Prugnieres, Chambers, Rossi, Karssemakers, Bonacorsi, Mikula, Osterhagen, Bruce, Kooiker, Fredriksen, Weckmann, Nilsson, Grau and more at Lommel.

Whatsup with prugnieres? Did he leave F&H?
Bruce isn’t injured he just moved up to MXGP
Ah yeah, my bad. And we got Reisulis back for Bonacorsi in MX2. But still close to 15 riders missing.
I have no idea. No mention at all by F&H or Prugnieres. They both just stopped posting since Singapore.
Kind of the same with Petrovs team & Xavier Cazal. Top 15 in EMX250 last year, but no results this year and been missing since GP of France without any mentino.
Any idea why he moved up?
What about Tom Guyon? I thought I read he was doing the Euro GP’s.
Cazal is taking a break as for now and is not planning to comeback this season.
Rumors about Prugnieres is also a small break for him because some issues. Still bit weird that not either him or the team did a post about it.
Think they are trialing him on a 450 with a potential view to putting him on one at MXoN
Why would they do that? GB has better riders for the second 450. I think Mewse - Bruce - Sterry is the best (or the least worst) option they have.
