If I learned anything from that podcast, it's that bud is very obviously the problem, and gypsy is way more of a kiss ass than I had originally thought. It's too bad bud won't get out of Lori's way and let her run a successful race track. I bet she works twice as hard as she needs to putting out buds fires all over the place.
