Located in Winterset, Iowa.
20-year history of being one of the best tracks in the region, regularly hosting Loretta Lynn qualifiers and other large races. In 2023, the track set a new Iowa record with over 700 entries for the AMA State Championship.
There is a lot of support from the local community, and the business holds a special use permit in perpetuity. This is a turn-key operation. The sale includes all equipment and infrastructure needed to prep and maintain the track and put on practices and races.
I’ve been there several times. Great facility, 1st class operation.
Bump
Broke my first bone at this track. Fun track for no elevation. Seems somewhat affordable given today’s crazy market
35 acres, moto track and all the equipment to operate it for under $600k. Seems like a steal to me.
I agree, 600k in my "hood" gets you a small empty lot. Maybe Rich Taylor would be interested in investing?

Are there any other tracks in the area? Man this is exactly what I'm looking for in Northern Indiana. Even price wise we could make it work.
Almost might be worth me moving back to my home state. I could sell my house in TX for that $$
The Farm MX, Oak Ridge are the only ones I know about & those are 1-2 hours away. The Farm is on its way out. Oak Ridge is the best track in the state in terms of terrain/dirt/layout
Oak Ridge and Riverside would be considered our only "premium" tracks in the state. The farm is great but only open usually 2-3 weekends a year and won't be open at all this year, I believe the owner got hurt or something? I could be wrong though. Its a bummer riverside is for sale, hopefully someone buys it and restores it to what it was. Good riding spots in Iowa are getting pretty thin, sometimes you're better off making the 3 hour drive over to sunset ridge in Illinois or up to meadow valley/spring creek in Minnesota.
