Between being a Chase Sexton fan and a Nebraska fan, it’s been a rough few years.

This isn’t going to be the thread for a deep discussion of it… but yeah America has a lot of Christians, and the parts of America that breed motocross stars tend to have more of them. It affects our laws way too much and I think it’s cringey when I see stuff like that on the podium.

That said, there have been times in my life when I kind of wished I had faith like that to lean on. I think it helps people make sense of things that just don’t make sense. Ty lost his brother Jesse on the race track 😕 When something like that happens, people can turn away from “God” or try to bring themselves closer.

That's a deep discussion.

Damnit Chase! I was just waiting for that to happen. They were hanging it out on this rough @ss track & Chase kept making mistakes. We’ve seen him make these kind of mistakes on the ragged edge before, it sucks because he’s such a smooth rider.

James is right about the front end setup. It’s been super twitchy.

Not it's not even Jason Bourne, that's Chase Sexton, on the ground, again!

If I was a fan, I would rip my  heart out.

Even with a bum shoulder, these guys barely have anything for Jett.

I think Chase would have won this.  He lost 12 seconds in a wipe out and was still only 3.7 seconds behind at the end.

Same on the Honda, though. Chase’s riding style pushes the limits of his front end.

Chase could win a lot of races, if he kept it off the ground.

He is damm fast.

Well, his speed bring a lot of crashes. So it’s clear that he ride over his head and just hope for the best.

But he didn't win it. Because he crashed. Again.

Guess the front end issue wasn't the Honda.

Jett: "Chase had better lines, that was his race".

Props to him for being nice, but I still think he was playing with him.

Last season showed that it was all Chase and not the bike, this season is no different.

I disagree. You can tell when Jett turns it up and he turned it up after Chase passed him that first time. Jett is hurting but he wasn’t playing imo

Jett backed off the second Chase crashed though. He doesnt use more energy than he needs to. Especially while he is injured.

Chase might have won without the crash. But you can’t judge that off the gap when it comes to Jett. Jett was with him the whole way until he crashed. Kept gaining on him each time he fell back a bit.

Its definitely a shame Chase crashed out of the lead. I wanted to see if Jett could find that extra pace.

After all the races Jett has won and you haven't learnt how he finishes races when he's not being pushed Laughing

Yeah maybe. But it seemed like Jett had him covered at the back section and could pass him back everytime he wanted. But still, for every inch Sexton makes up on Jett, he makes at least one mistake.
