Honestly, can we really not “get it” when 2 brothers stick together? I get it.
Also, I understand that a lot of us are never gonna agree on what constitutes a fair pass on the track.
But, one things for sure…Johnny Ringo’s right.

jetts pass was near identical to Anderson , Anderson checked up and didn’t go down , Hunter should have done the same

The Lawrence brothers aren't doing themselves any favors by retaliating while being lapped, flipping people off, and implying that Ando needs to be hit in the mouth.
Totally unnecessary on Jett's part...it wasn't the smartest move as he almost went down himself..
Ahhh, exactly what I said in the other thread. There was zero issue with Anderson's pass and Hunter could have avoided it. And come to find out, Jett did get involved and retaliated against Anderson. Not smart, they are playing with fire.
They will be regretting it if they end up on the ground, injured...
Travis Pastrana wrote a very good piece in an early racer x about if you get taken out, its usually your own fault for giving up the inside,
Hunter tried twice to go around the outside of Anderson, and he ended up on teh ground when Anderson used all the track, as was his right to, you control the inside, you control the corner,
Im an Anderson fan but why do people always say like oh they need to be careful about messing with him like Anderson is Weston Peick or someone thats going to beat their ass on the track.
One key part you miss is that Jett is side by side going in to the turn, Anderson is side by side with Hunter mid turn when Hunter have started to accelerate.
Those couple of meters make a huge difference for the rider that getting passed on what he can do about the situation.
They need to be careful since Anderson is willing to throw away his whole season doing stupid shit to you instead of focus on his own results.
He value retaliation higher than results.
Ando is actually more dangerous than Weston in that he's as fast as all of these guys in segments so as a racer, you better watch out. Jett commenting in the press conference was definitely a stupid move.

I was thinking the same thing little risky with a title on the line but made it even more ballsy.
Also if Jett wanted to be really good at take out passes I’d wager he’d be better at it than Anderson.

How many races have he thrown away at this point with his personal wars at track through his carrer?.
For anyone who has raced (which I’m assuming most of us do), you know how the unwritten rule works. He who starts the shit opens the door for retaliation. Anderson could have easily made that pass without running Hunter over the berm. Should Jett have gotten involved, probably not. But here’s something else - the Lawrence’s do their homework. Let’s go back a few years with Anderson and how he cleaned out Cole Seely basically every time he passed him. So if I was Hunter, I actually think it’s worth it long term to send Anderson a message that he’s not going to be a punching bag.

2v1 street fight on the track and im hear for it.. Ando has all the riders scared when near him on the tack because he has 0 respect for others. The top 10 riders have all been a victim of Ando at one point in their career. Any time he comes for a pass.. people give plenty of room to avoid being dropped.
why should majority of the top riders race clean but 1 guy thinks he can drop people and its "racing". If its racing, Ando wouldnt be on probation every year and had AMA on speed dial to pay the multiple fines he has for doing the same thing.
If im racing and by brother is on the track. Myself and him have both had multiple run ins with 1 rider... and that rider takes either one of us out of a podium battle in the final round.. Ill take a $2500 fine any day if it means i get to be petty with being a lap down and now taking the guy out of a podium bonus that i was just battling for.. Worth it.
Seeing Jetts retaliatory take down attempt was the business, but he does need some practice.
Not sure if I would want to get in a beef with JA21. Being old school, knowing how much money they race for and how good all pros can be at dropping guys, it might cost one of the Lawrence boys a bit of money or some hospital bills. Not saying it's ok but all those alpha males together will result in contact.
Too late, Anderson already has a beef with Hunter, it's already cost Hunter multiple places and money this year.
Jett only ran Anderson to the top of the berm, Anderson pushed Hunter off the berm entirely
