In initial statements, all four female justices appeared to not buy his claim at all. Roberts and Kavanaugh were extremely skeptical. Gorsuch seemed pretty neutral. Thomas and Alito seemed to lean in the direction of some sort of immunity for the President.

The Supreme Court needs to be careful with Presidential immunity, if they accept Trump's claim that Presidents are above the law and can do whatever they want, Biden could get Seal Team 6 to take out all his political rivals and any judge he disagrees with.

Presidents are immune for many things they are Commander in Chief for example in can order military actions that result in death but cannot be prosecuted for said deaths.
