When you look at the Demo's...you might take into consideration that the Geography changes the "Radius Rule" quite a bit: The entire "Southland" would likely be a lot less affected by the change of venue than the Radius Rule would imply.
Then there's the conditions of the change: Do you end up at a Venue that the Moto-Public/Fan-base considers a "Better" place?
Hell, is that even Possible?
I'm of the opinion that we end up at the Glen on Sept, 11.
Maybe I'm being too Hopeful, tho.

I live in San Diego my whole life, and believe me, this national will be PACKED. Motocross in the USA was born at Carlsbad, this county has tons of hardcore fans
You forget there is a giant Casino/Spa/Resort across the street from the racetrack that will surely bring the wives and girlfriends that are reluctant to come to a dirt bike race, shit Im going to stay there for the race and I live only 40 minutes away...
A FLATLAND National track will not see a penny from me and the effort it takes to go there, I'd rather go riding.
Some guy in the first thread told me to do it myself so instead of telling him to "F" off I typed the longest post I have ever done in my life . . . whatever!
Pala would be a nightmare to get in and out of with its single two lane highway back to I-15. IF DC really wants to grow the sport of MX then moving Glen Helen to Pala is about 5 steps backward.
IF DC is hellbent on San Diego then he should contract Chaney Ranch motocross and run it there
Brent, Pala is about 80 miles from Glen Helen, from where I live in the South bay beach cities, I would have to drive to the I-10 I-15 interchange and then down the 15 to get there. Extra 65 miles each way plus the nightmare of only one dead end two lane highway (only one way in and out) from I-15 to Pala. I don't do good in traffic jams. But since you live down that way you're stoked if they run it at Pala.
It's possible that the rescheduled September event might end up at Glen Helen.
All this talk about Pala may be exactly that. Talk.
Yep 3rd O/A in 50 Master is cheating/sandbagging.
Here I offer condolences for your Mom passing an another thread but you just can't help yourself from being a Dickhead can you?
Carry on>>>>
Pit Row
I don't think they will be able to find a better substitute track in such short time. Hopefully both sides will chill out and just get it done. I'm wondering what the 'drop dead' date is for announcing where the Sept round will be held?
BTW - if they do go back to GH let's hope they get that Monster sign location right this time.
He'll also be real confused if all the sudden he gets a few hundred cancellations
who did you protest this time to get 3rd?
Cockbobber,
I haven't been on here since early Friday. I know that's an unreal task for your peabrain to fathom. But alas you have a reputation to uphold of being the Motoboard's #1 ASSHOLE which you uphold quite nicely.
Good Job, at least you were good at something....lol
