Right off the bat in your Vital MXGP podcast show you said Herlings probably wins the 2017 MXGP championship if Herlings doesn't derail a chain. You’re fan boyism towards Herlings is now causing you to Slander the great Cairoli to fit your Herlings wins if he’s healthy agenda that you have always pushed. Cairoli won the title a round early then went into the mud fest that was France and only scored 12 points as he himself DNFd that last moto of the season to match Herlings DNF a few rounds before. Now did Cairoli only win by a few points? No, he had a 50 point lead at the end of the year. Can’t you go back to your Gajser slander and leave the legend 9 times alone.

I like Lewis he asks thought provoking questions but the fandom of sexton and herlings is getting a bit stale.

When he gets a little older and “his” main guys are retired especially Herlings he will probably (hopefully) take over the Wheeler mantle as the best in the sport but he needs to Mature a bit.

I always thought he was over the top about Herlings/Watson/Sexton as a bit and never took it seriously. It feels more personal with Seewer though.

Yeah, it's all satire. It's meant to be some crazy, funny portion that breaks up the monotonous race discussion.

I've tamed it back though because, to my shock, people were taking it too seriously and that's not good at all...

My apologies, first of all, because it was never meant to come across like that.

It wasn't really a take, more of a flippant remark that it could have happened. I didn't do that very well (clearly).

I'll get better. I didn't even realize there was a lot of Jeffrey chat on the podcasts, so now I have vital information to improve!

Not a fan of Lewis. The guy is literally the most biased “journalist” or fan boy as DV called him.

Sarcasm is not the moto communities favorite language but it’s much appreciated Lewis. I laugh during your pods and I like that you, ML, Wheeler and Kellen all have a bit of fun while providing information and things to talk about.

Lewis just comes across as a guy who has a personality to me.

I mean that as a compliment

This entire joint has a love/hate relationship and is fully bipolar.  One day person X everyone says is a great guy, great talent, whatever.  Next day, witch hunt for person X from previous day - everyone pounce.  Sometimes the internet sucks.

I thought everyone loved Lewis, maybe just not today?  I have appreciated his insight, he always has fantastic GP content and info.

I didn't have this impression at all from the pod. I also don't get the Gajser slander part, is calling Gajser the "safe, reliable pair of hands" a backhanded compliment?

I'm a huge fan of Gajser but Lewis never comes across as hating on him IMO

internet keyboard warrior opinions are tough to handle sometimes. Just wanted to give you kudos for not engaging in an argument and simply keeping it professional. I appreciate your content and many of your questions you ask our SX stars.

Satirical humor is my jam, so all you negative Nancy's can back off. If I can only listen to 1 journalist's take or interview, it's going to be Lewis.

I appreciate your response. For what it’s worth 95 percent of the time I think you do the sport a great service. We all have are favorites, your just in a different position then most. You have arguably the hardest job in all of motocross which is to someday, somehow replace Adam Wheeler. The only journalist we have ever had that made motocross seem like a legit sport in writing. As such your margins for error are smaller.

They should settle this in the modern British way with a knife fight.

Sad how overly sensitive and/or looking to be offended people can be today.....

Don't change your style because of them.     Being funny/sarcastic is a trait I dig.
