Dubya USA built those. It's a silver Haan hub on gold DID rims. Might ask them which version of the rim, probably a ST-X. There's a Vital discount if you call them and mention us.
Dubya is top notch, decent pricing and fast. Customer service was great, I had them Cerakote my hubs and install new rims and spokes.
You can "build" them online and order:

Don't call them gold. Suzuki's rims have been called yellow. I use to work for Excel. Gold is a completely different color.

That is correct-- the Suzuki yellow rims are completely different than the "gold" rims ,but Dubya can hook you up with the correct yellow. They did a set for my 06RM250 ECC bike

Here's a closeup I took of Kenny's hub that shows the Dubya sticker on it:
Haan hubs are the way to go, they use a thicker gauge spoke. I have a couple sets, they are bulletproof!
Great info guys, thank you lots. Will give 'em a call.
Fork lugs look tired. A little black Krylon would go a long way there.
Can't beat a Suzuki with Yellow wheels (Drool Emoji)
Talked to them on the phone earlier, very nice people over there!
Kenny uses the DID DirtStar ST-X and they are more expensive than the Excel Takasago.
Hope you post pics of that bad boy.
Will do once I get funds together for the new stuff from Dubya. I need to sell these black ones, anyone need some black pull-offs from a '24?
Does anybody know the color code for that yellow or name?
Holy shit those look fuckin terrible. All that cleaning just to show off its snaggletooth.
I think this is correct:

Putting paint on those lugs would be a sin no doubt.
I’m saving for a set myself for the old CR. Spendy but, you only live once lol.
In my opinion, you need the OG gold anodized color for the CR, not the yellow "gold" color on Kenny's bike.
It's closer to the color of his Showa fork tubes.
