did anyone expect to see dungey act like that in indy? no. jlaw especially. so yea, of coarse jlaw is going to say the kid is mental. i thought we was acting mental as well. he didnt go to jail for dirty riding and smack talk. he went because of drug and alcohol problems and fighting.

Well he did win a lites one which is pretty impressive. I don't think that not winning a 450 supercross title means that your career is a failure

from what ive been gathering on the interweb...
you can get a passport being a convicted felon (non terrorist) just as easy as anyone else.
you cant just show up at the border and go into canada. some countries let you in, others dont. canada being one. they wont even let you in with a misdemeanor dui. but there is a "application process" to be allowed in for that scheduled visit. if they approve. so its still very in the air.

Maybe he wasn't dicking with him on purpose and I would hardly call a top 10 rider a B rider no matter where the AMA makes him practice. Also, when did he get lapped?

You can apply for conditional exemptions in order to perform on this side of the border. Good lawyers do it for "musicians/comedians/writers/actors" all the time....it's not all that easy, though.

i think the problem is, jason needs to know he can ride up front. i think he can say it all he wants, but to himself, he doesnt feel confident anymore. its his own fault, but with the right attitude, hopefully he can pull thru and do it. anyone that doesnt think he can run up front knows they are bullshitting.

Totally agree Regis, he will make it happen on the track...eventually.

With that being said he is for sure NOT racing this weekend.

but it's not what i said.... i said it was his PROBATIONARY status that does not allow him to leave the country.
The time and money it would have of taken to to get all of the paperwork in order in the last 6- 8 weeks didn't allow for him to make it.
