What a messy broadcast tonight. The 3 man booth is just not it. Stew and ricky talked way to much and honestly werent paying attention to the racing. Weege had to interupt to get any words in. It wasnt good. Overall the whole day was bad. Way to many interviews when bikes were on the track. Alot of missed moments during the live coverage. It was just weird. I usually only bitch about RDL but not tonight
These 3 are my favorite, and it seems RC flows well with Bubba there. I like them and weege and wish they did it all the time. The problem is the production crew and the choices they make

No, just no! I think the broadcast was great people need to stop complaining about it 24/7 and enjoy the racing.

Again if you think talking over one another, interviews during races and missing calls on the track is acceptable then yes my post is a fail.

It probably was. Weege is the goat of moto broadcasting. He has said before that 3 man booths are hard to do. Tonight was an example of why they are hard to do

100% agree. Rc and stew in a competition to see who can talk the most. You could tell Weege was struggling to call the race at times with the other two talking so much. Reed’s interview was annoying. We got guys making passes for the lead while Chad is giving a damn Ted Talk.

I found the worst part of the broadcast was the amount of camera time that was on a 4th and 5th place battle in the 250 class. Because it had Wonderboy Deegan… The more intriguing part of the race was the guy leading and about to win his first ever super cross race yet they where focused on a shitty 4th place rider no where near the top 3 riders

Ricky is a still trying to outrun James every time they are in the booth together. He turns into a motor mouth, James can't get a word in. I wish they would just dump Ricky and make it the Weege and James show.
Also, we only need Jason trackside.

at least JS7 chilled RC down, but he still talks too much and takes away from what weigandt brings. its hyper annoying, especially because he doesn't say much of anything. Of the two, JS7 is the only one doing any real analysis.

No. RC is the worst part of the night show. Center staging everyone each and every weekend. At least he got a new jacket and didn't buffoon again out tonight.
I bag on RC's commentary as much as the next person, but I think tonight he was actually better because Stew was there. I think it takes the pressure off him to have to say something, so when he does it's more relaxed and insightful. Of course, all the stuff with Will and the rest of the production continues to suck arse.
All Reed ever seems to say his how his era was the best, and tries to make out he was as good as Stew and Ricky by association.
