When I was on that team the riders and employees were threatened on a weekly basis about keeping their jobs. This is the best thing for Kyle. I can't wait to see him on a big bike in sx! I believe he will shock a lot of people like he did in the outdoors last year.
Something brings the word "BOOKOO" to mind after reading this.

People act like a team/team manager/owners can't suck too. Blind they are.

Ouch, that sheds a little light on it too. This sport is dangerous enough without owners and team managers all over people about losing their jobs mid-season. Best of luck Jimmy, I'm sure myself and everyone here is rooting for you overseas.

Great news for both Kyles. Kyle Regals still with Valli team starting at the Dallas SX on a 450 while Kyle Cunninghams the new Lites rider. Yell for Cunningham at Toronto and testing already proves that Regals gonna be tough on a 450!!

Why is this great news for Regal, I thought it was stated earlier in this thread it's so bad over there he's begging to go off and do it on his own?

if it's true it's a good deal for both, nothing good ever comes from the mid season splits.

Kyle Regal has a contract to race for Vali Motorsports. This means he signed a legal contract saying he will show up to events and race motorcycles supplied by the team he signed with. If he doesn't do this, he's saying he doesn't care about a legal binding contract and that he's word means nothing. All teams hear and see this. They will know that Kyle might do the same to them and will choose not to be business with him when the time comes.

The story that is out there is that Kyle signed a contract with Vali. John Mitchel would be his mechanic and Vali Motorsports would build his motorcycle. After a couple months Kyle didn't want John as his mechanic, plus didn't want Vali to build his motorcycle and wanted his father to be take the roll as his mechanic and had his own motor and suspension person to build the motorcycle. He showed up at the Yamaha test track a week before the East coast Supercross series started, testing with his father and his personal motor / suspension person.

Now his not happy with them?
A dictionary. Invest in one. Please. My eyes are bleeding.

x2 whip...

If I had a dollar for every time I saw somebody use the word to instead of too or their instead of they're/there I would be Sir Richard Branson rich..

and who is John Mitchel??? Grinning
He used "he's" instead of "his"...that isn't even English! Especially when the text can be edited/corrected.Dizzy

About Contracts...

"Failure to Perform" is a Double-Edged SWORD!

If a rider doesn't get paid like he should, via said "contract", he has all the "right" he needs to move on to somewhere/someplace where he CAN get paid. The Team has failed to live up to it's end of the agreement. Which, btw, is happening in a few "orginizations"...and that is pretty much "par" for teams of a certain level.

I've tried to warn a few of these kids, and their dads...in some cases, some have listened. Some kinda didn't listen; but, did learn the lesson...slowly.

But, I digress since I'm thinking of a different team than what we're commenting on here...

My only reason for saying what I did originally is I have noticed several times in the past even if the team fails to perform on a contract the Industry is never wrong and the rider always ends up taking the beating.

So sometimes it's just better for the rider to stick it out and move on at a time when he can't get it thrown back in his face.

I think I confused -2- seperate issues, also...

There are a coupl'a folks in the pits that are movin' on due to "Contract" issues that are NOT really the fault of the rider...

The Regal thing isn't all I was refering to and I apollogize for "crossing-wires" on that ...like the 'Tard I am!

My bad.
