I retired from the aviation industry. You ever have one pointed at you? I'll hang up and listen...
Godamn not this thread too, let it go.
Back on track
What a badass era
Agreed.
Plus, how many of us have done something stupid a time or two (or a hundred) when we were young?
Not sure....
Have these been posted yet.
Definitely iconic.
I spent a lot of time at Nationals from the late 90's up until 2011 . Since then I've hit one here and there. I've got 1000's of photos from 2004 and up. I have some old film photos I took at 90's Southwick races as a kid. But went to a digital camera in 04 . Digging through old photos of mine makes me want to get out to some races again. I've gotten more into video stuff now.
It was so amazing to see RC and James in 05 and 06. They looked like they were in a different class. So much fun .
What track and year was this?
Unadilla 2005.
I honestly can't recall ever seeing this one before....
What is the story behind this?
1976 Bob Hannah (39) and Rick Burgett (261)
Couple of oldies:
Pit Row
Neck brace, paddle tire, Jimmy Weinert 😎
If I only read this book more carefully, who knows what might of been of my MX career?
Yes! Thanks . I have that mag but no cover.
This thread is what makes Vital great. Thank you everyone for the pics! Good memories, great photos!
