Quick answer is 700cc’s from the Cagiva manual.  That 89 KTM WP fork is different with the adjusters.  The 88 Cagivas have the non adjustable 4054s same as older KTM and ATK.  Here is some info from the Cagiva manual to play with oil height for softer/harder.  Also says 10 wt oil.

1987 WMX 125…one of the few bikes I ever won a race on!   As Dirt Rider stated…that bike was sexy!  Seriously a very good bike, but it was tough with parts for up keep.  Pekka Vehkohen (sp), Davy Stribos, Mike Healey, the Doctor Doug Dubock..they were so close to being KTM, before KTM, or Husky before Husky.

There's a fast intermediate that races a Cagiva here in Idaho at the vintage race in April every year..

Probably thinking of me in the Expert Classes?  I’ve came every year since ‘15 with my 125 and 250

If I am setting the oil level at 150ml as described in the Cagiva manual, I am only able to get in about 560cc. I believe all of the air is out..... I played with the by pass valve quite a bit to get all the air out....

How much oil are you getting and what is your oil level?

Thanks!!
