Did you know there is a sub-forum for adventure bikes? I wasn't sure because you have posted pictures of your adventure bike a million times in moto-related and I'm sure you don't want to be a hypocrite.
I'd assume the kit comes with the radiator "brackets" , to use when the radiators are removed?

Any way you could do a comparison video vs the Stark? Ready to ride weight, power and battery longevity (maybe both of your battery sizes), also general ridability.

That is correct, they're a little hard to see in the photos I posted but those are probably my favorite bracket on the bike, if feel like they look kind of cool haha. I designed them to pull the side panels in about 1/2" more on each side then the stock radiators, so it narrows the bike up just a bit as well.
It's hard to give an estimate just because it will vary so much depending on conditions, speed, etc. I think 20 miles would be safe with either battery option, with the larger capacity battery I don't see an issue pushing 30. Again though, this is based on estimates and will vary so don't take them as gospel.

Regarding battery weight, there is no difference in weight or footprint. The only difference is the cells used the type of cells used in the battery, the ones found in the 5.7kwh option are a new cell with much higher power density, but unfortunately with that performance improvement comes an appreciable increase in cell cost. Over time price will likely come down, but we wanted to offer a cheaper battery option with the older style cells as well since it will be sufficient for a large percentage of riders.
Comparing to the Stark is a bit tricky, and I'm a little hesitant to make a video just because obviously I will never be considered an unbiased source. I will say that I believe the YZ-EMX has superior handling and suspension, mainly due to the weight difference and Yamaha's outstanding valving specs right out of the box. Conversely though, the Stark is capable of significantly more power (80hp vs 50hp) due to their water cooling and has superior OEM build quality vs a YZ450F, but with that comes a much higher cost. If I were trail riding or racing endurocross style events I would choose the YZ-EMX every time, for racing motocross at a higher level the Stark is still probably a better choice for me due to the increased power. For Vet class racers or those that currently ride a stock 250F, the YZ-EMX will be comparable and provide more than enough power, it's just not a pro/A class competitive bike in current spec (which is a very small percentage of riders). We have yet to have anyone get on it and be disappointed with the amount of power, it's just important to keep in mind that this isn't going to pull your 450 down a 4th gear straight but it will keep up out of a corner due to the high levels of torque. Stark currently has a 6.5kwh battery while we offer a 5.7kwh battery in a much lighter platform, so range will likely be comparable.
For sourcing a donor bike, it might be an option to buy a running bike and just part out the motor, exhaust, radiators, etc. Rolling chassis do pop up from time to time, I would recommend checking Facebook Marketplace that seems to have the most activity currently.
Keep in mind that most riders realistically do not need the high end package, but lets assume a worst case scenario and they do deep that package necessary. The Stark Varg currently has a 6.5kwh battery pack, while the YZ-EMX has a comparable 5.7kwh pack. Our capacity is almost 90% of the Varg, in a chassis that is about 20lbs lighter and very well proven/familiar at this point. If you ordered today, a Varg will cost you around $15k delivered, while the YZ-EMX kit is $7k in full trim, less than half the price. Factoring in the cost of a donor bike (around $1k-3k depending on condition and market) and you're in about $10k maximum (right around the cost of a Surron Ultra Bee after some upgrades). For a bike with over 85% of the Stark's battery capacity, a controller that has more tuning options and a much more intuitive phone app than the Stark, and a tried and true build platform I don't really think the cost is too much to justify. Obviously a bike like this is not for everyone, but for a lot of guys who have tried it they really liked the lower weight and familiar chassis over the Stark and felt this was a better overall option for them at a cheaper price. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love my Stark, but I think there is room in the market for bikes at a cheaper price point.
