Hey whats up everyone? i was just wondering if anyone has used the fmf 4.1 titanium slip on with the new 2010 yz 450. i was just wondering if the stock tuner settings would work good for it. is there a good map to put in the power tuner for that pipe? im just tryin to learn more about this fuel injection

Have a look at www.motocrossactionmag.com as they did a test for tuner settings with some different pipes on the new blue...

hey whats up bro? i just got back into it after a 2 year break. i had to after seeing this new bike come out. but i will be riding at zaca, huss, enticknaps, reynolds, danamals maybe this sunday depending on the weather and i love goin to the desrert to go play ride.......ocotillo, dove springs, jawbone, ballinger i just love to ride man

Your local Yamaha shops service department SHOULD have the programmer and be able to remap it if you wanted(I know I got one here at my shop, yamaha auto sends them to dealers)

My girlfriends family lives up in Santa Maria .....always wish I could go riding when im up there, I know about Zaca but is there any other MX places to ride in the area?

there isnt to many public mx tracks in the area, but there is an abundance of privately owned mx and property around santa barbara county. castillos bein the most populer. you can go check out moto club in santa maria but im not sure how good it is. you could also make a trip down south to piru but thats a little ways down. once you are down that far you might as well hit other so cal tracks.

Im running a Akrapovic on mine. I programmed it to #7 map and it absolutely rips. Stock pipe is not bad at all but aftermarket let the thing have some more over rev. The mapping and exhaust made a very noticeable difference. I am torn with the gearing tho, it has great bottom and mid and better top end than it did with stock pipe and mapping but some say to run 1-2 teeth bigger on the rear where I feel i could actually go down a tooth and use second and 3rd more.

Well not all the programmers come with preprogrammed maps. So what's the layout for map #7? Over at TT there's a sticky to list various maps. There is one for Jake Marmot and then some supposedly from Yamaha.

I checked with FMF and learned this pipe works well with the stock fuel settings. Performance feedback has been very positive and demand for this pipe has been high.

I went up on tooth bigger and it seems better hav not tried two yet. Do you have any pic's of yer bike with your exhaust on it? I would like to see it.

Buggz not yet waiting for my suspension bike is is totally torn down greasing everything thing. When I get everything together I will snap a photo of it.
