The cat is mine, Ollie is hers.

And he has no trouble making sure I'm aware of that. 24374

That’s hilarious! So is he wild and just comes in the garage to chill when he sees you with the door open? Or does he live in there? When I was a teen in wisco we had a wild grouse in our woods that was real friendly like that. It would show up anytime it heard a pitbike and start following you around, didn’t mind if you picked it up, would even stand on your shoulder like a parrot if ya stayed still!

Haha that’s pretty cool.

Yeah, he’s wild. I can hand feed him though. He’s pretty chill. Took awhile to build trust with him though. More so myself not trusting him. Last thing I wanted was to get bit. He taps on the sliding glass door every morning now. If I’m in the garage he’ll pop up outta nowhere. Sometimes I can be sitting down in the garage and, he’ll jump on my lap out of nowhere. First time it scared the shit out of me because I was half asleep. If I don’t see him, I can call him and, he’ll usually show up within a couple minutes.

I guess it’s like having an outdoor cat. I see him everyday but, don’t have to worry about bringing him in at night.

I have two crows as well that do the same thing. They’ll fly over if they see me. Last summer it was pretty hot so, I started putting water out for them. Now, they come around everyday as well.
They won’t take food from my hand but, they’ll usually land within a foot or, two of me when I’m outside.

They might as well be.  Brother and sister from the same litter.  They're never too far apart.

20230102 113325 1Huntley is not a fan of squirrels or anything that she thinks doesn't belong in her yard.

A kill I witnessed.  She just stacks them in the corner of the yard. Gonna be a bitch when someone finally builds behind me, cuz I just chuck them over the fence.

Unlike Chance's deal, when squirrels show up around here to get at birdfood or figs, you can hear the Mission Impossible tune.

Love it, buddy!

All my hay burners are gone, and it's very bittersweet. I miss it all, except for the travel and hemorrhaging of cash.

Had a garden with a huge Cottonwood tree in our backyard. new it would be tough to grow anything so I put a cage to catch all the squirrels I could and release them far away Before I planted.

After a few weeks the squirrel population was few and far between.

A month later I go out back and see my Dog licking the belly of a squirrel, squirrel looked asleep, no harm done, not even a scratch.

Look on the cams and see one of my Dogs timed it crazy, He ran hard at the back fence, clawed in and got another 6 feet above the already 7ft fence.

Grabbing the squirrel, shaking it till he broke his neck.

I can't know what went through my Dogs mind after he killed the Squirrel, but when I seen my Dog licking the squirrel he was beside himself, wanting to bring the squirrel back alive.

The squirrel looked as if he was asleep, not a scare on it nor bleeding anywhere. While my Dog licked his belly

I can only think they had a game of "I bet you can't catch me" But once my Dog did, he was remorseful. He lost his playmate.

That's cool, but Huntley wants anything with 4 legs in her yard dead, except for Sailor.

She's cool with birds, gives no shit about birds. She's a cow dog, she does cows.

I sold all my cows now my cow dogs are bored. Huntley has never liked squirrels, but I am bummed that they don't get to go work.

Huntley is the sweetest dog I ever saw with newborns, Sailor is a WOT retard.full grown stock only. Not safe for public viewing.

Sailor would have been hanging off of it's face.

Oh My Goodness.

A Chockie Lab Pup, with green eyes!

I so want a Pup, have done for many years now, but I have to be able to go OS at a moments notice, and, as  a Pup I'd have, would otherwise be in my company near on 24/7, up until I disappear, it would be cruel to leave him /her behind.

20240210 135334kira, she is about 4 months old. She was a tiny little thing when we found her laying in the street dehydrated.
