Reasons this might be the best supercross season

From AP's win, to Eli being back, to Jett having to dig himself out of a hole, this season seems different. El Hombre fired up. Webb back to his old self. Barcia showing speed. Kenny gunning for wins. Chase on his game. Prado in the game for one more. Ferrandis looking good. Justin Cooper on the big bike. Hunter in the mix. Mookie back in it. AC racing. Wilson still out there. Friese take-outs. This could be one of the greatest of all-time. So many legends in the twilight of their careers. Hopefully everyone stays healthy and the battles rage on.

Top 7 are within 12 points of each other. The mud races however you feel about them certainly mixed everything up and set the table for quite a few guys to be in the running.

Parity, fireworks, helmet-grabbing tomfoolery and the smell of race gas mixed into the mud, blood and the beer! It's been great so far.

I don't know. The mudders have really fu@ked with my picks. But yeah, this should play out to be an epic season.

This is the first season I'm more hyped for A2 than A1. The buildup is crazy because, as you said, there are so many riders 'involved'. I can't remember when that was ever the case before.

Obviously best season ever from a rookie winning his first race ever, to someone never racing before getting 72 wins, to Vince Friese being discovered as the cause of covid, to RC modifying the English language in ever creative ways, best season ever!

It is shaping up that way. Let's hope it keeps building steam!

The hair I'm surprised about, he seems like a guy who takes care of his look/image. That's was the H*tler Youth cut 5 years ago, then everyone went Broccoli head.

What’s crazy to me is that 8 of the top 10 have been lapped.
