As for questions, I had a half decent one but totally lost my train of thought when I saw this 😂
How far ahead do you think when you're racing ? 1 or 2 corners or more ? Say there's a section where you know a certain rhythm will be faster, but it's sketchy and high risk. Like a section where you and everyone else are going triple triple, but you know if you jump it as a quad double it will be faster, but it's sketchy and you don't really want to do it, but you know you have to to make up time, how far before that obstacle do you decide this is the lap you're going to hit it ? 1/2 lap ? 3/4 lap ? Is it calculated that far in advance or is it more spur of the moment ?

I like asking the retired guys about their previous bikes. I asked Ricky Carmichael what his personal favorite bike was of all time… he said his 2004 Honda CRF450r he never got to race.
