I would say, let Trey race A3 on his 250F and move the #38 to the 450 at Indy.

You forgot Casey Hinson.

Let Chris Blose have a chance at the factory machinery for once. The guy is a proven contender week after week.

Wouldn't Honda want to get their bike in the mains?

Your right.
Fans should not have any interest whatsoever with who should get that ride. How stupid to think that they would be interested.

Hamblin would be cool. But I think Canard would also be a good pick. He could do the same thing Dungey did when he raced the fo fiddy a few races last year.

The guy who thinks people should not talk about who should fill in for Short?

As for the "Friggin' Newbie!" comment........i have been reading this board for a long time.

Just because I do not feel the need to post all kinds of useless drivel on here like most does not make me a newbie.

Dungey didn't race a 450 last year. Hamblin would be cool, but they're not going to take Canard out of the 250's.

Say it cost about $100K in expenses, equipment, support, and salary to put a rider on the track. Now who would you pick?
Are you saying that to make the point that it needs to be a really good rider? Or that since it costs that much that they should let the ride stay parked?

After all, they do have a couple mil rolling to the races every week and they have invested all this time ,money and manpower to go to the races every week and fans expect to see tham at the races every week and .....and....and.....

I love how people seem to think contracts are useless and have zero meaning.
I also find it interesting that people now expect that if a rider gets hurt, a team (factory) is just supposed to "call someone up from the minors" like there is a bench load of very fast healthy riders with zero contractual obligations capable of getting into shape and main event qualifying speed in a matter of days, only to then step back down and walk away in a matter of weeks with nothing once the primary rider is ready to go.

It's a forum relax. Everyone is just having fun and posting who they would like to see on the bike.

Marty Tripes! They'll need a supply of stiffer springs, though.

Also, his comment that "They're not going to take Canard out of the 250's", was way off. And they are'nt taking him out. He will be on break from west coast.
