Seemed like mostly old Suzuki &Yamaha street bike parts in the various buildings. Little bit of everything though…. *Please Don’t ask me about specific parts you desire, contact them through their FB page, Action Sport Cycles, Alliance Ohio. ** Felt like I was an American Picker….IMG 7147 0

That shop always had the most obscure parts that I needed.  Shame to hear they are closing.   It always seemed like stepping back in time when I went there.  They still used microfiche a few years ago!  Great guys and a great shop!

Yeah, I guess they were Yamaha, too. They might just be under new management, I don’t know….IMG 7152 0.jpeg?VersionId=lJzqeAOnAyXqpw

Damnit rupert, less than 10 minutes from my house.

Bought my 23 yz450 from Action. Was the first one in Ohio. Crazy it showed up to that old brick n mortar store.

Shops like that are a goldmine to people with old bikes, and they’re getting very rare themselves.

How does someone NOT just show up and throw down a bid…

For ALL of it?

This is what every dealer looked liked in the '70s, '80s and '90s. Small single or double franchise, dirty floor, oil stains on the carpet, a rolodex, lots of clipboards and microfiche readers, and catalogs to thumb through. Wooden crates out back with product. Parts in stock in little cardboard boxes on the shelves.  Might have even been nude centerfolds in the bathroom. I remember going to places like this with Dad at a very young age, wouldn't miss that trip for the world!

That bike on the right is a Rotary, should be in a museum.  Not many of those around.

That is the most complete and only BLUE example that I've seen...ever.

The far left is a very early example GSXR 750 too. Probably 85-86?

My old man had an 86 gsxr that same red/black color scheme when I was a kid, always had a soft spot for them.
