I’m a local to A1 but haven’t been In two years due to my little semen demons. I’m looking at the schedule and it’s stating 5 for start time can anyone confirm it’s going to be 5 pacific time?

I don’t know about in California, but on the East it usually happens right around dark.

Yes. They adjusted the west coast start times so the east coast viewers didn’t have to stay up so late.

It’s been discussed on here before. Seems like 90% of people are in favor.
It was adjusted to air during prime time on the East Coast.
I like it. Now they’ll start at 10am Japan time instead of noon, so I won’t have to blow an entire Sunday afternoon on the races.
Earlier the better. 7PM pst wasn't bad for the west coast obviously, but I love the east races. Those races starting at 4PM is awesome. 5PM is just as good

They did this a few years ago for the Speedway GP in Cardiff, all the local hotels ramped their prices up to a point of extortion, so they pulled the start time to 3pm UK, so it finished at 6pm and everyone could drive home afterwards, which pissed them off no end.
Earlier start to be better for East Coast is long overdue .
