Yup I sure do remember him!

I had a 74' Penton 250MX that had one of his pipes on it, it fit so well that I think it was built using the very bkie I owned.

You might be thinking of a newer model, maybe an RZ350? The one with the fairing and mag wheels?

No, maybe my old memory is failing me, but I could have sworn it was black with gold trim. I've been doing a search but can't seem to find a picture with that paint scheme. I saw some of the RZ's you're talking about but that's not it. I just remember riding that thing and it really screaming.

The TS 90s hauled ass. I had one and it was as fast as most DT125s etc.

Super popular for XR 75's and XR 80's in the '70's and '80's. It was Bassini or Supertrapp that had the discs in the end.

Don’t confuse Bassani with Supertrapp. (Supertrapp had the discs)

I had a ts 90 when I was a kid loved that bike, Mine had the hop up kit rotary valve in it and a Hooker pipe . That thing did wheelies for days. My atc 185 with a slip on Bassani on it sounds awsome ! The grandkids call it the fast red thing. They love to go for rides on it.
