Doesn't have to be the training, he really could just have a wrong diet or just eat slightly too many calories. He looks like a different guy in interviews from 2019.

I don't buy that.  Webb was never pudgy as a kid or teenager, nor when he was at Star the last time, and during his time with Aldon. He's either got a bad diet, or isn't training enough, or both.
