Anyone got word on why Boespflug is out at KTM and is now on BarX? It seems like Daniel Blair was pretty stoked on signing him last year.
We've been discussing that a lot at my house. We are speculating that his less-than-stellar futures results are the root. There are quite a few young fast kids coming up so the competition for these few slots must be intense. If you don't/can't produce results pretty quickly I'd assume the teams look to the next great thing pretty quickly. All speculation but that's what Vital is for!
Every time I read his name, Buttplug comes to mind!😜🤣🤣🤣
I'll be honest, he doesn't like right to me in SX. I know he's young, and he's probably a very calculated rider, but his technique and form in SX just look off to me. He looks extra stiff, like he rides scared. I hope he proves me wrong, he seems like a great kid. Can't help the eye test though.
Hey, what you do in your spare time is your own business!

I posted in another thread about him leaving KTM and how I thought it was weird. Definitely will be rooting for him on the Suzuki though. I used to see him at Glen Helen sometimes when he was with Kawi and he looked really really good.
I think he has just under performed. He is at farm 14 with Kdub as of a few weeks ago so he has been focusing on sx.
I think he looked better on the Kawi than he ever did on the ktm…a possibility he just didn’t gel with the ktm. Happens to more people than you think.
He didn't have his best year on the KTM. I agree with the above statement that he looked better on the Kawi.
That said, KTM isn't giving these kids deals to take them pro. Juju and Max V are the only riders they have taken pro in the last several years. Everyone else is left hanging with no ride when they go pro. Maybe BarX gave him a deal that will carry him to their pro team, so he has a plan for the future.
His old man has bought into the Bar X team so made sense for him to go there.
Don is a good dude and a fast as hell rider himself. Had no idea he bought into the team
Pete and Ty will kill it this year
Say what?..
Any more details on that?
Odd.
Better to make carefully calculated risks than throw money at 20 kids like star does.
No he didn’t.
As someone who recently left working for BarX, I can state that he actually likes he bike more then the KTM and feels more comfortable.
