First time I saw a YZM was when Jim Holley rode for yamaha and I think Lance Smail won that night(Holley's teammate)

Thanks FTE for the link.

Very nice Yamahas. Too bad that '88 YZ500 watercooler never was a production bike.

And thanks Bobby for the vid.

Thanks Bobby. Now Shenzi can finally see what AGV did in the past. Sponsoring Gaston Rahier with their first mx helmet.
Mikkola was my first idol.

Is Everts bike a YZF 4stroke in the front with the rear section off a YZ 2stroke?

I still think that '72 YZ is what a MX bike is supposed to look like.

The '93 YZ250 has those new CRF style rear fender/side plate gig. The '93 probably looks cooler Wink lol

I'd say Everts' bike has the 2-stroke rear end because the regular 4-stroke rear section looks retarded! Look at Henry's '97 vs his '98. The blue '98 that is supposed to look more "production" looks terrible.
