Track was like a highway for MXGP boys
He and his brother are the next big thing.
They're a great family to be around, and the boy's are exceptionally well-mannered. Fame isn't their goal; they simply want to ride their dirt bikes fast and win...
Ferris not so fast.

I think it was a mistake to choose him over Evans. Sure Evans has had issues but i think Ferris will have a tough weekend.
pretty sure Evans was injured. Maybe Jed Beaton might have been a better pick looking at the practice times
Evans is injured.
Yeah sorry i forgot that he didn't race the last two GPs.
Sure it's my problem and I'll make do with live timing.
Ferris beat Beaton at every round of the Aus mx championship if i remember correctly. He was the fastest guy racing in Australia this year.
He is a bit off the pace though. I know its only practice but things aren't looking great for team Australia right now
I mean it is just practice but I would've loved to have seen a better laptime but I'm not losing hope just yet.. He was the best pick he's been beating Beaton so why would we think Beaton would now get a better lap time?

Ferris four and a half seconds off the pace in Open. Plessinger four and a half seconds off the pace in MX1. Ferris on a privateer bike without much backing. Plessinger with all the might of factory KTM. It’s only practice and I’d assume it’ll take a bit to get dialled…..
Interview I did with them for the Velospitty (Speed Talk) series of the YouthForce Racing page.

because Beaton has much more experience at ernee. only practice though and Deano is a racer!
Pit Row
I don't know if that's right is it?
Can't imagine it's MUCH more if it is, I'd say Dean has ridden there at least 3 times and a prior des Nations..
But yes he is more of a racer and I fully expect him to holeshot and end up somewhere around the top 5 haha
I find it very hard to believe that Ferris' practice time is representative of his speed across this year's championship. Maybe hasn't got the set up dialled or id taking practice easy, maybe a combination of both and other things but he was very fast this year and should be a lot faster than that. If his pace doesn't pick up for the races I'll be very confused.
After that much time on track, they'd be lining up for moto 1 at an AMA National.
There's a few riders who will be counting their lucky stars they have time to adapt this weekend.
was that aimed at me? I said he'd be around AP7s pace and there's .8sec between them haha
Err no.
I'm worried about AP's ability to show up when it counts. Had high hopes for him in 2018.. I hope he puts in a solid effort this weekend, Craig's going to need the support.

5.29.989 = USA

I really think it would be miles better to decide gate pick by aggregate best two lap times from each country.
this pick names out of a bat bullshit has got to go.
Qualifying races sould just be based on timed practice results from the morning session. Simple and effective.
