The title this year?
Seriously, even if the series is a close one, but, he loses, does he come back next year and try again?
Maybe a stupid question, but, there is so much hype about this series "being his to lose", and with no outdoor contract, seems like if he doesn't dominate this year, it's a much bigger loss for him, than any other rider. Lots of pressure on that kid for sure, IMO.

I'm sure he'll be in Supercross for years to come because he's stated he want's to beat Jeremy McGrath's record. Obviously won't happen without at least 4 or 5 more years of dominant racing (what's he at 46 wins right now?). He could possibly do it in the next two years if he wins just about every race, but I think that's equally unlikely as shit happens in racing!
I think it's gonna be 4 or 5 years to beat the King, if he can do it at all.
Now if we could just get him back to the Nationals... I think that'd be far more interesting than Supercross because Villopoto and Alessi are so damn good outdoors. I'd love to see the three of them mix it up outdoors. I would count Reed in there too, but I don't think he's gonna do many more Nationals. He's contracted through next year, right?
Here we go again!

If he doesn't win the Title I think he will regroup and come strong in 2011. (Hopefully MX and SX)
I don't think it would be "smart" for anyone of the guys to try to make a statement at A1... just survive it... IMO
Why, did he win it last year ? I thought that was Chisholm !
"The fuel was tested and was found to have the equivalent of 3 liquid drops of bad fuel to a 55 gallon drum"
I think they said it was around a .00001% if that helps.
I think i'll argue with Lenny on this subject until we are old men.
Back to the topic, "if" he doesn't get it done, (crashes, whatever), his contract it up end of this year, right?

The contaminated fuel they found in RC's fuel was considered illegal because of the "lead" found in it. LEAD in fuel actually makes these bikes run like shit! So if anything ( and this is WHY the AMA reversed it!) It hampered the way RC's bike was running.....NOT HELPED!
get it? It actually made the bike run worse.....not better!
What they should have done , and so it was fair for everyone , was reverse the ruling they put on the team yamaha guys from the year before. But because that season was already written in stone , they couldn't do much about it. And from what i remember reading , there was a lot more fuel contamination involved in that case. Since then......I believe the AMA has become a little more forgiving in the matters.
On a key subject here is , that they should make anyone running at an pro level SX or National , run a spec fuel......no matter what. Actually , i think they do that now , but can't be sure.
I for one , am glad that RC stood his ground and gave the AMA an ultimatum on either reversing the rule , or he would walk the hell away from the series.
Honestly , and i mean i want an honest answer here Lenny ( or any of you other guys ) , do you really think that having a .00001% fuel contamination ( AT 1 race!) actually helped RC win a fucking title?
If your answer is yes , then you are beyond help my friend , and will go to any lengths to prove how ignorant some people can be. I know in the back of your mind and in your own heart , you realise the answer would be "no"........but for some stupid fuggin' reason of your own , you won't admit it.
RC is the only rider to ever get points back after the fact.
What ever Lenny says on this topic is right.
You've caught a few keepers here, and you're not even tryin'....
Let the drag go for a bit and reel them in slow....
