thats awful, dude was a pioneer. Amazing style. Go pick up his movie called my trip.

The cancun jump is still IMO the ballsiest jump ever.

I believe the footage was on the video he brought out about his rd trip. I think it was called 3501 My trip or something along those lines. Even had some footage from his operation. I think thats the same accident.

Theres people on tmz saying he died from coming up short on a crash the other day.And that he was in the hospital yesterday having his stomach pumped just like he always had from all the pills he took.. I wish people that know nothing about him or what they are talking about would just shut the hell up and let him r.i.p.!!

this is such a bummer... Cinq was one of the coolest, down to earth people you could ever meet. he loved BIG technical jumps and BIG whips. he was always so precise in his riding. this just sucks i hate this shit

Unfortunately I just had to make a sad phone call after reading this. A friend I work with is very good friends with Mikes father and had no idea about this tragic news. RIP Mike.

I saw some guy doing those once and the hangtime was endless.
I saw those things....they were insane! Never saw anyone jump them though...they were the craziest sets I have ever seen with zero room for error.

Yep, if those are the ones at Racetown. I think they are gone now.

Anyway, I saw one dude doing those and I was like that MFer is nuts.

I will say whoever it was backsided each one and had full drive the whole way.
