Indeed.

A blatant copyright infringement.

But...

Finally judges are ruling accordingly.

And MSM outlets are beginning to report on these issues they've long ignored.

I am certain they sleep quite well. This is all pandering to the right, nothing is going to happen to any of them. Staged as a broadway play.

The judge didn't reject a perceived 'Sweetheart deal' yesterday, as many here seem to think. It was practically the opposite. Neither has the judge made any kind of ruling yet.

Firstly the Judge intervened because she was concerned about her role in enforcing the terms of the plea deal, which she said was not in her purview.

Secondly there was a misunderstanding between the Prosecution and Hunter Bidens legal team as to whether or not the terms of the plea deal relating to the gun felony gave Hunter blanket immunity from possible charges in the future. The prosecution (DOJ) - who you all firmly believe are in Joe Bidens pocket - said that the plea deal did not give him immunity. Hunter Bidens lawyers on the other hand believed that it did. The prosecution disclosed that there was still an ongoing investigation and that Hunter could potentially still be charged with other offences in the future. Hunter Biden subsequently changed his plea to not guilty.

The court was adjourned until both sides have had a chance to meet and hash out the finer details over the next couple of weeks, then they'll return to court.

The prosecution said both "We're done with the investigation " and "We're still investigating", so I don't know what they're doing.

Also leaves out the fact that they had a emergency status hearing over I forget what but an associate of the defense attorney tried to get it pulled off the docket by calling in the clerk and misrepresented herself as part of the prosecution. There's now a order that unless the lead prosecutors sign off personaly the courts can't make any schedule changes on their behalf. It's normal to have an associate file different things but now they have had to stop that. Main reason the judge had to step in. She needed to cover herself.

I have to read it again for the details but that's jest of it and it's  pretty fucking ballsy. If my counsel did that I'd be in jail as would they.

If I've said it once I've said it a hundred times now. If this was Trump or his family there would be riots.

The DOJ revealed that Hunter Biden was still under investigation for possible FARA violations during the hearing, as I alluded to in my initial post; 'The prosecution disclosed that there was still an ongoing investigation'.

If the judges scrutiny revealed the fact that the plea deal didn't in fact provide Biden with future immunity - as he believed it did - then she has effectively done him a favour and possibly given him a chance to broker a better deal.

Below is part of what got the shit show in high gear.  The bong huffing  lieayer for Hunter had his secretary call court clerks office and try to pull a fast one.  But she forgot that law firm’s name came across caller ID, busted.  It got back to the judge.  The judge may be Trump appointed but she supported Hillary, McCain, Romney etc, Google it.   If the judge would have take the plea deal the media would have had a field day with her ass.  All she is trying to do is cover her ass not get caught up in another Biden mess.  It forced her to do her job.  It will never come out but there is way more to this than Hunter not paying taxes.  Hunter will never see a day in jail.   Worst that will happen is drug tests.  Yeah judge said he had to get a job, but who would hire the guy.  He may have a law degree but who hire him to represent them in a traffic violation/speeding ticket.  Give me a million and I’ll have the big guy call the judge!!!

Fucker should be disbarred for that.

How much more blatant evidence does the world need to understand how corrupt Bidens family/circle are?

The party that wants to crack down on tax cheats and wants more gun control also wants leniency on Hunter. Imagine that. If it were any of us here they'd be sure to make an example out of us.

She told them what her understanding of the plea agreement was and questioned counsel to that end. In doing so she revealed a complete shit show. If one aspect of that is Hunter getting a better opportunity? Awesome.

However, what's really being discussed here is the fact that this a complete shit show. Laughing

The judge also asked if there were any precedent cases with the similar plea deal for similar charges.

The answer from the DOJ.... uh, no.

Yea, I’m sure once they interview Hunters partner, combined with the IRS whistleblowers and expose the millions that landed in 22 shell companies this will all just blow over

Just a big misunderstanding, 🤡 , might be better for Hunter in the long run 🤣

So we didn’t like that he got a plea deal.

And now we don’t like that he didn’t get a plea deal.

I’m confused.

Remember when Comey stated that the FBI wasn’t charging Hillary, but that with similar evidence, they could charge others?

What bothers me is that his charges don't even scratch the surface of what that family is guilty of.
