I'm a lifelong fan of MXA....to me, they put out solid material based on decades of experience.  They are top dog in my book.

 I actually watched it first in the other thread about Elis return (Mav shared it) and thought to myself "this interview was baaaaaaad".

Everyone starts somewhere....but maybe a bit more practice before going live??

I will withhold judgment until I see how she looks (obligatory sexist remark).  She sounds chill.  That's a lot better than people that talk super fast and sound like they're on meth.  Her questions were not that bad.  It was just her delivery that was a little too slow.

Give me access to Eli Tomac and I will ask him if alpinestars have reinforced his boots yet without stumbling my way through it. It's a piss poor interview and alot of us could of done way better with absolutely no experience. Probably wouldn't of found out his favourite colour tho

I can’t help but feel like this is someone who wants a sports journalism job but has no interest in MX/SX. Genuinely feels like they read his Wikipedia as their prep for this.

You guys that complain about this, are the sort of guys that would complain about anything, just for the sake of hearing your own voice.

He had decent questions, just needs to work on his delivery. Give the kid a break.

Despite that, Weege is great and basically The Vault personified, dude is a font of knowledge and excellent at what he does. Just saying, racing isn't a prerequisite.

I don't know though, I recognise the name from solid photos in MXA / socials, just didn't want to hammer someone for trying to get the job done, especially a job they don't typically do 👍

I shouldn’t have been so stiff on the reporter guy. He probably takes photos, and like someone said, he most likely had to do the interview on the fly. Death penalty for parking violation, right 😎
