A longtime friend of mine is selling his place in Southwest Idaho. Moto Tracks with auto sprinklers, wakeboard/jetski pond, go kart track, etc.
Wow.........
I have never been this jealous of someone. Good lord that is badass.
Double WOW!!
the cool thing for me is i've seen it evolve over time starting in about 1999/2000, when it was just the house. He was in the Tech industry and built his dream.

Well Gawdam that's incredible well done!
That. Is. Awesome.
Ok, this would be a definite “heaven on earth” kind’ve place !
I know a few friends with the kind of cash it would take to buy this place, I’ll pass it on.
why on earth would he be wanting to move and where is he headed ?
your friends are a lot cooler than mine
Holy $hit. Speechless.
Recently re-married. I haven't asked why he is selling, and really it's not my business. if i had to guess I would bet he wants to build a new place, life changes/goals change, etc.
Gotcha.
Well he’s had a slice of heaven for 20 years, hope he gets what he’s asking for it. I’m currently recruiting 9 of my friends to go in with me, I’ll touch base when we got all 10 committed to buying it.
Found my first purchase if I win powerball tomorrow…
Because he got divorced and will never be able to forgive himself for letting the ex be in charge of all the interior decorating.
Insane property though if you have an extra $3.5M to spend.
I know nothing but if he has that kind of money he could probably re-build that slice of heaven in a much more appealing setting
a more appealing setting is pretty subjective.
most of us knuckleheads would be more than happy with something like this in our lifetime
It is impressive, no doubt! But it looks like a really nice setup kind of in the middle of nowhere with no natural features or other things people find appealing. I'm not talking about us knuckleheads, I'm talking about people with f-you money. And I'm not knocking this property, just responding and speculating on the "why would he leave" question.
Is your friend Jake Wiemer or Danny Smith?
That's too much grass to mow.
Pit Row
This does not belong to either Danny or Jake
If you can afford that place, you don't have to mow it. You can afford to have someone do it for you
Ha, drove through Parma today on the way to Nysa. Beautiful part of Idaho
Ah Nyssa, the former home of Ms. Sally’s “gentleman’s” club. 🤣 it was a sight to behold.
Idahome. Sorry folks but we are full unless you moto of corse its kind of sad to see what’s happening to the cda area really but I still would not change states for nothin inflation is crazy housing is booming home prices are even crazier you can hardly get across town at 230pm hope you don’t gotta be anywhere within 45 minutes you will be bombarded by a garage of teslas and coffee drinking comifornia transplants my business is booming in the commercial sector growing pains I guess I wouldn’t trade it tho like I said….IDAHOME I’d like to get down that way more often to maybe if one of you guys buy I can come ride ha ha ha just kidding anyone with that kind of money is probably scared of liability and suits I no I would be but what do I no I’m just a stupid plumber yeah all these builders would be drinking their own piss and shit if it wasn’t 4 me customer just wants to cut corners and costs now with inflation I get it but you still need to be up to code and do things right it’s the professional way to be If I won power all I would be the first offer probably a few million over just so I can get this beauty of a home looks like your buddy has made some great choices in life but leaving this beautiful state and home may be a bad choice but hey glad he is happy cheers to the new couple OMC is also somewhat over that way one of the best events in the country all year is the vintage Mx race I don’t have a vintage but every year I see the videos I sure want one villopoto was there 2 years ago probably didn’t break a sweat ride a 1975 something or other dude is super crazy I think weimer still lives up here somewhere I saw hymas and him at skyline one day a while back didn’t bother them but now I kick myself for not going over and chatting

Wow it doesn't even come with corn hole what a rip off.
Are you profeshenals dad by chance?
I don’t know who that is man and I am a dad but def not a professional one I don’t have many people to talk to about Motocross so I made a account
Welcome dude and this is the place to talk moto and how to spend the powerball. Idaho looks pretty dang pretty to me.
"Moto compound" is selling that place short. Might want to rename the title to "Ultimate fun compound".
Cool place! If I ever won a big $$ loto or make insane money, I would love to buy and or build a few compounds like that close by to National tracks to offer up as a vacation spot or hotel alternative. Build up a track that is similar to whatever national is close by and offer free tracktime and camping to anybody racing the national. Then also sell VIP spots for people to come and stay for the week before the national and ride the track, and interact with the racers that stay at the place. Make it nice enough to attract some top guys, so then the VIP spots are cooler. And build a helipad or runway so I could also offer shuttle service to the track and then back to the main airport. But I spend too much time on here so its unlikely I'll ever find myself with enough extra cash to build up multiple compounds around the country. But its fun to dream.
Thanks that’s what I figured myself yeah it’s an amazing state lots of diversity as well we have a bit of everything moved back east for a few short years but besides that been here all my life
