...but be honest with yourself, he is a bit of a whiner and excuse maker.

Ken has two national championships. What have you done in this sport besides bad low brow jokes about people that are exponentially more successful then you?

I cracked a joke about Ken and his excuses...which...like it or not, has truth to it.  It's nice to see that not everyone has a stick up their ass and found the comment funny.     News flash, Ken's human, he has his flaws as we all do.     You're all bent out of shape because even though I'm a Ken fan, I commented on his propensity for whining/excuses.

...and wow.   Great argument.   Ken is exponentially more successful than me at a sport.     I'm sure if Ken did what I do for a living, I would mop the floor with him.       Oh...but someone will throw out how much money he's made as a measure of his "success".  Surely Ken has made more $$$ than me and has umpty-billion followers too.

I have a good friend who worked for the P.O. his whole life, raised a great family, never made a ton of money.  He is one of the most "successful" people I know.   Also have friends who are filthy rich and I consider them successful as well...and it isn't because of the money.    I measure a person based on character.

I was specifically referring to the success in the sport of motocross, not the post office, hello this is vitalMX.

I'm certainly not bent out of shape, you just read right past where I specifically said "in this sport". I was not referring to money or followers, simply racing success. Maybe he does have a lot of excuses, he's also got championships.

You say you measure a person based on character......you jumped into a thread about a bike for sale for the purpose of talking shit, sorry "cracking a joke" about a multi time champion.

Judges others on their character but not his own is how it reads. Being the consistent polemical contrarian in every thread while focusing on the shortcomings of those he cheers for with backhanded praise doesn’t leave much time for self reflection I would imagine.

But it’s just a joke so relax.

Maybe someone else can say, but the signature on the title looks nothing like his signature. And why would it be in ohio?

What’s that bike realistically worth? $4,000? Maybe $4,500?

Why would the bike be in Kenny's name to begin with?

Actually being in a riders name can be legit.

Depending on the team and how the rider gets paid could result in this. I have seen where some riders get a certain amount of bikes per year to ride/practice/race and they get to keep and sell as part of riders pay. As you would assume the "goodie" parts or factory parts must go back to the team if they are on a team that gets that type of support. Being the manufacture is giving the bike to them via contract they still need to be titled and that's where you get the riders name on the title.

Interesting, I figured that was only for amateurs.

Amateurs are paid this way, but no factory rider is getting paid with bikes.

Well we can tell you can't read correctly. I said depending on rider and team, I didn't say factory riders or team or that's how they got paid.

Although I have worked with factory riders before and they do get a few bikes per year for practice, They also got to keep at end of year. All depends on the contact.

btw as far as vin # on the guys title, ran it thru with suzuki and the have the owner as kick start kenny so it seems pretty legit to me.
