Moved as it's naturally heading in a very political direction.
Noted thanks. I just want to make sure people can see this issue and if anyone can help him out that would be awesome.
Just wait. It gets better during election years. 😏
Having been through both processes that Jarryd describes - not FMX, but in art and software engineering (both O-1 and EB-1) - I find it ridiculous how he whines. Yes, it sucks, but it's the same for everyone. Grow up and figure it out - your social media following is not going to do shit for you when it comes to the USCIS's handling of your application.

He already won.
I can hear your teeth grinding... It just kills you inside. 😂
Every time I see that username, I think of the scene from Grandma's Boy with Shiloh in the restaurant...
Fwiw, I think Michael Pichon had similar issues
And Davalos couldn't leave the country to point out of the 250 class....
It is very common with most visa applications in the US that you will be put on a travel ban for some time (if you live in the US) while your application is processing. This is not new and should not be a surprise to any applicant. The applicant (Jarryd, Davalos, a.o.) all choose to enter a visa application voluntarily, and it's just the name of the game. Typically you can minimize the travel ban period by being smart - overlapping visas, temporary work+travel permission, and duly planning.
My point is that the system is not rigged against or unfair towards these well-paid foreign athletes - most likely, they are not on top of their stuff.
I wish Jarryd (and his family) the best of luck with his application. Looking at his Instagram comments, I see tons of smart people ready and able to solve his dispute with the USCIS...
