I have way too many. Pretty much any Honda two-stroke motocross bike from 1983-1997. I guess I'd go with a 1989 CR250 if I had to pick one. I'd have the motor built by Pro Circuit, put modern Showa suspension on it, and have one of those HRC coke bottle swing arms made for it.

My pick:

'82 CR480 motor
'87 CR250 frame
Ohlins shock

Current Honda Disc set up

The Shop

I was thinking of buying a 2010 cr500af David Bailey model, but I dont ride that much to pay $10,000. for a new bike. I should get a used 08 rm250 to play at the track. Maybe race a little.

Eddie Hicks 1984 YZ 80 built by Dave Miller. But I am sure that Troy Lee won't let that thing go out of his showroom!

Hhhmmm? That looks like a '79 CR250 with a Mugen top end.  O'mara was a Yamaha support rider in '79, if I recall.

Give me a Hodaka Super Rat frame with a ported YZ490 stuffed in it. Some laid down Curnutt's, Betor forks, and Inter-Am bars. And a gnarly 5.30x18 Cheng Shin on the rear. And a low pipe, with a stinger. And a compression release. And a porcupine head. And a Bing carburetor, with a power jet. And some Hex grips. And Magura levers. Toss in a couple of Preston Petty fenders too.

Good call " Elkinhammerhead ", the Honda RC's of the '80's were awesome.... can you imagine what " The Rollerball " would have done on one of these instead of his blubbering production RM's.

Well that's a whole new debate...let's call it the WHAT IF series... like what if R.J. would not have broken his wrist... what if Bailey didn't get hurt...what if Lechien didn't like to party...what if Bradshaw hand not cracked under pressure... what if J-law had a brain... and last but not least what if the Rollerball had been a factory Honda rider... the world may never know??????????????
