Wow! Thank you for posting this. My son is 18, class valedictorian and graduates on my birthday. I’ve been wracking my brain trying to find an appropriate, meaningful gift to give him from father to son. This brought a tear to my eye. Just ordered a framed copy of this.

Wow! Thank you for posting this. My son is 18, class valedictorian and graduates on my birthday. I’ve been wracking my brain trying to find an appropriate, meaningful gift to give him from father to son. This brought a tear to my eye. Just ordered a framed copy of this.

I read this to my son at his wedding reception. It took me an embarrassingly long time to get through it.

Today was the day, high school graduation. My son was class valedictorian and gave a great speech. 
I gave him the framed copy of this during our family celebration dinner at his favorite restaurant. 
His first reaction? 
“This is too many words, I don’t have to read anymore.” 😂

He then read it and got a bit emotional. I did too but, kept myself in check. He gave me a solid nod and returned the same.
