Why should Cohen go to jail but not trump? Honestly…. I think the Bragg NY case is unfortunately just the beginning for him. After this indictment it’ll be like dominos for the other cases in DC FL and GA. He has a long road of legal problems ahead. The main reason this is happening all at once is because you can’t indict a sitting president.
