Did you see IT and RD at the finish? You could sense their surprise and relief that they managed to pull it of. I guess they had been feeling the pressure.
Not trying to take anything away from Cairoli, obviously he is in an elite group of riders, but I think he was just trying too hard and made a mistake.
And also hats off to tedesco, overcoming a cheap shot from the Italians.
Reed did pass Cairoli but got passed back a few turns later.
You could see he was excited after the second race win. But when it clicked that they were possible overall 1st: it's like someone turned on a light bulb, that kid was out of his skin waiting for Tedesco to finish.
100% team player.
Either way, Dungey was going FAST in that third moto and I still would be proud had he gotten a 3rd or 4th in moto 3.
