That's right brakkeman but our 250 champion, an american, beat your champ! And I bet if dungey wadded up on the start he would of damn sure got up and try to race for his country!

And jef, james stewart and or ryan villopoto would likely have perfect seasons over there!

I just woke up after staying up all last night to watch. My 1st thought when I woke up was .USA USA USA!! I can't get over what Dungey did. For all those that said all week that this race doesn't matter I hope this race changed your mind. I know RD thought it mattered.

Dungey's a class act. I would be proud to have him on my team, he can ride whatever bike he likes! ha.

Did you see IT and RD at the finish? You could sense their surprise and relief that they managed to pull it of. I guess they had been feeling the pressure.

Not trying to take anything away from Cairoli, obviously he is in an elite group of riders, but I think he was just trying too hard and made a mistake.

And also hats off to tedesco, overcoming a cheap shot from the Italians.

You could see he was excited after the second race win. But when it clicked that they were possible overall 1st: it's like someone turned on a light bulb, that kid was out of his skin waiting for Tedesco to finish.

I'm 38 and ride a 2008 rm 250.. If I had a poster of Johnny O it would for sure be on the wall in the garage. You're a complete moron if you don't see the importance of this race.. USA USA USA!!!

I agree on the moron comment, the MXdN is a very important race. It doesn't have anything to do with age, I'm 19 and I think it's the biggest race of the year. I think it's awesome to see everyone racing for nothing more than national pride.

Once Dungey got into 3rd and settled down,his times were pretty mucht the same as Doofus and Reed...a couple laps he was even faster Smile

Shame that third one turned out with carnage. I think Dungey was securing a solid moto the first time out. I had a feeling that he would have at least battled with CR and TC in the third race, but I guess we'll never know.

Either way, Dungey was going FAST in that third moto and I still would be proud had he gotten a 3rd or 4th in moto 3.

I'm 28 and I have a 1992 RM 250 in the garage. It's an awesome bike and I still race it occasionally. Johnny O is on my wall, as is RJ, Stanton, Wardy, Hannah, Glover, McGrath, Henry, Chicken, Kiedrowski, Emig, and Dowd.
