How is Revzilla?

Never ordered from them.  They seemed to have good prices, but time to ship items is 5-7 days.  Seems to be longer than others.  What are people's opinions of them?

Maybe it is just due to my proximity to them, but I normally have my Revzilla order at my door in 2 days. I'm guessing when I have it take longer it is coming from their Vegas facility. Service has always been top notch with them.

Always had good experiences with them, even if you need to return/exchange. I don't think I've ever had an order take 5 days to get to me. Maybe they are under promising on that one?

That's what I was wondering about.  I'm considering a helmet so I'm ordering two and sending one back and wondering how hard that would be.

I’ve had great experiences with them, items usually arrive before the projected date. Also great customer service if you need to make any returns.

Bought lots of stuff from them during my ADV days. Always great service. Returns never a problem. Delivery times were fine.

Revzilla is a joke. They wont ship PC or FMF exhausts  to California even though that is where they're made.

That is due to California's joke of emission laws. They were hit with a huge fine for selling those exhausts among other parts, which California has deemed illegal modifications of exhaust systems.

Why do you need to order it from Revzilla?

You can order from PC or FMF and I'm sure they ship within California.

5-7 days to ship usually means they don’t have it in stock or its being drop shipped from the manufacturer.

A friend of mine ordered maybe 6 DS helmets wanting to find the perfect fit. I don't think they were super stoked but they didn't make any fuss when he returned them. I think its more common than you think for people to do this with online retailers. I had a friend do the exact same with a ton of ski boots from some company.

Not aimed at you, but I wouldn't blame them if they had complained.

That's a bit of a pisstake really, if you want to try on a load of shit go to your local dealer and do it there, then pay them the marginally higher price for the service you just received.

Revzilla is under the Comoto umbrella which includes them, Cycle Gear and J&P Cycles. I've heard less than good things from people on the inside. As they have gotten bigger and more corporate customer service has suffered.

Shop local! Give your local dealership a chance. Give the parts guy some part numbers. Shit he might give you a discount!

Local dealers suck! They have the “cool guy” attitude and don’t know anything about moto 😂. Outside of AEO, I’ve had terrible experiences at my local dealers.

I'm not sure if they still do, but Revzilla used to promote ordering gear in multiple sizes, trying it on, and sending back what doesn't fit. They used to (and maybe still do) put a return label in your package for that reason.

I used Revzilla a ton when I was into street riding as no local places stock anything but cheap, entry-level gear.

last year they were the only place i could find a Twin Air Airbox Wash cover for my 22 yz250f.    Ordered it tuesday or wednesday and I think it was here by thursday or friday that same week.  Good price too.  I have always used Motosport or Rockymountain but this was a good experience with Revzilla.

Revzilla also owns Cycle Gear I believe which is a chain of motorcycle gear retailers (street dirt and snow i believe)

Last year they opened one near me and for a chain store its actually not bad.  They dont have every part like you might find at a well stocked mom and pop moto shop, which I try to frequent, but for a bottle of oil or a tube or tire or some gloves, they are alright!

I just ordered an ARC composite clutch lever and although it looks like crap, it came pretty quick to Canada

 Motosport.

After that I check eBay and Amazon but never the 'others'

Used Revzilla once to buy some moto 10s. Had them quickly and no problems. Would’ve used them again until I got an email that rubbed me the wrong way supporting a social issue I had a problem with. Not sure why a business would want to jump into that rats nest but they did. So I choose to spend my money elsewhere at places that want to sell me stuff without pitching their agenda.

I used RevZilla about a 1/2 dozen times , and they were really good on everything. I remember it was the only place on earth that had a couple carbon fiber Light speed parts I wanted for my Rm , and couldn't find those parts any where.
