Did Hodaka retract the offer to Chase after last night?

That’s an awful lot of speculation.

He has three offers on his table, I highly doubt Suzuki is even in the discussion.

Oh for sure it's all speculation, but who would have ever thought that Roczen would end up being on a Suzuki this year? I know Kenny is coming towards the end of his career and Chase is pretty much expected to be the man in these coming years and he will be having large amounts of money thrown at him. But no one could've predicted Kenny being on a Suzuki at the end of the Nationsls last year.

He'll soon be unwanted by every other team out there.

Won't even be able to get trick suspension parts in order to mount a privateer effort.

Next up for Chase, selling hot dogs at the concession stand.

That is until he trips, and falls carrying the mustard.

You forgot it’s coming from Bobby M. The founding father of the word “asshat”. Circa 2000

Most his other creative, offensive, rated X, highly disturbing words were banned years ago. Bobby use to be very inclusive, he use to hate everyone equally. I miss the real Bobby M. and his drunken rants.

Bobby’s post was seriously not serious but exaggerating a point. Maybe, maybe not.

People seem to forget how many times RC took ground samples when he went to the big boy class. How many years did it take Tomac to have a complete SX season without throwing it away? Sexton and Jett are the future of of the class they are both young and gaining experience just like 99% of the riders that have moved up to the 450. Only MC and Dungey were able to get it done their first year.

Rc took dirt samples while leading most of the race?

Bullshit...

I have not really been a Sexton fan, but I'm starting to like him more and more.  I really think he is so close to being a dominant rider . If he can figure out how to eliminate the mistakes. It seems like he is getting better each year and making less big mistakes.   This weekend he still finished second. I was amazed he had enough time to get back up and still be in second.  I hope he is able to stop crashing .  There are only so many times you can crash without getting hurt.

I know Eli is still a ways off, but what if he wins 10 more races this season and is in second  for all time SX wins?  Would he come back and try and go for that record?  that 72 win record seems so impossible to be beat these days.  But back then when MC  got the record there were less races per year too. Its so amazing how he was so dominant for so long.

10 more races this season…..no.  He knows as the rest of everyone alive that 72 is impossible. Winning 10 (more?) this year is nearly impossible.

The potential upside for ktm improves with every crash. What if he comes out on the orange bike next year and stops crashing?

I agree with this mostly but this is now his 3rd year in 450SX and he’s 23 years old.  RC retired at 26 so he had to have been years younger by his 3rd season in the top class.  He needs to figure it out this week between races.  He could be 5 wins further into his all-time list by now.

The dude is so smooth,  he is able to go so fast and over the line so easily.  We all know what happens when you are near that line……he is becoming the COW.  Crash or win.

Nice title change - made me laugh though I don’t agree on any loss of marketability.  Even with a crash Andersen was nowhere near him.

A kid in my neighborhood had one of these.. SuperRat-1.jpg?VersionId=8nWnPtb8d8k

The coolest thing about it was the Jettson's-inspired hoverboard technology that made the use of the kickstand optional (as seen above).

Hodaka should put him on a Dirt Squirt until he figures it out!

Joking of course.  Chase is likeable, owns up to his mistakes, and is badass fast.  Hoping he pushes thru the late race issues, and stops giving wins away.

It was brought up fairly quickly that Suzuki could be an option.
