That's exactly what they are meant for. Supposed to reduce arm pump.

Or a seat belt. I guess it would be good for helping save your side panel graphics. You need to quit hanging out at Thumpertalk, G-Man. Wink

I don't see anything wrong with the idea if it helps you grip your bike easier.

I'm pretty sure it's Penhall's scooter.

Hey Scott,
Just been waiting for it to cool down, might even go to a track this w/e for the first time since June. The Club has had three races so far & I can't say I miss not going. Not sure how many I will go to as a couple of buds I hang with have lost their jobs.

I did do a Flagstaff trail ride a few weeks ago that was epic.
Payson is hosting an AMA National Dual Sport 2-day event that I'm signed up for then there is the prep for B to V.

Been at the local lakes this summer as riding in 115 deg heat has lost the "FUN appeal" to me...... lol

WhaT you up to, I see you are back on a thumper--man you can't make up you're mind can you!

Yep, David Izer made it happen. It is framed and hanging in Joey's bedroom.

Thtas what I was thinking Poker_player its funny how a new idea like that is getting slammed before anyone that has tried it to give it a chance. Im 6'3 so I think these might help me grip a bike better since my knees are well above the seat when I stand up. Being this tall makes it very difficult to grip the bike sonetimes. I'd like to try a set!

That is a very interesting product that help you grip the bike with your legs.......good thinking out of the box!

When I first released the Muffler Sliders for Supermoto some people laughed.......till they laid their bike down and destroyed a $500 muffler.....then they said the wished they had paid the $32 for one! It is now a popular product for road racing too.

Reminds me of the Boyesen Shock Out...a left side dummy throttle thing to reduce arm pump. basically a grip with adjustable play/movement built in...reminds me of that, prob. a good idea but might not catch real big. or at least you dont hear about it.
