Well since you asked.....When have you ever read anything negative from him about RV, Mr. Pro Circuit, John Ayers, Reed, the list goes on.. There is plenty of dirt on all those guys, yet he never says anything about them, why not? If he wants to be the guy who tells it like it is, tell us about everyone, not just the guys he personally has issues with. J-Law wont talk to him, so he writes a bash piece...Alessi's, why confirm rumors? The guy is the farthest thing from a journalist in mx. He's like that kid in jr. high, who wants so bad to be popular, he will tell anyone who will listen what he has heard about everyone else.. Sooner or later he will run out of "sources."

Trip, your arguments are valid but "his guys" as you referr to them RV, Mitch, Reed etc I really don't think there is as much dirt as you think. Do you ever hear rumblings about their "dirt" from anywhere else like you do about Alessi, JLaw, CC etc?

I hardly EVER hear of any shenanigins his good guys commit but the stuff he has written about Alessi, JLaw, CC etc were all based on stuff that had already been reported in one way or another.....I know you don't like his style but the podcasts are excellent and informative.

Trip IMO I think you read a little too far into what he writes, remember it's his opinon not a fact he is trying to force on us. Try to read it like it is and take the good with the bad Im not defending him either but he does add a little extra to the plain vanilla stuff that is normally reported.

Matthes is a good dude.

The two people there I I know said they couldn't figure out why he would go all the way over there, do the press conference, ride one practice slow and then pack it in. What's in it for Holley to NOT say he was sick? Getting sick happens, no big deal. What's Jim's motivation for lying to me?

Hey, he did the semi-right thing and paid for his room the next two nights and didn't expect the start money. That part could have been worse, like, say Hansen in Italy a couple years ago.

I did a race/photoreport on it, where I mentioned about this, but I never saw a word on it from you.

Pretty curious to hear what reason he had for his "actions" and if the rumors I heard are true...

first time I've seen it...heard about it. That may be one of the greatest pics of all time...even without "mx perspective"

It's this one backwards. I changed it because I stopped reading message boards because of work related time constraints for a while.. I then changed internet providers and lost my old email address. I lurked for a long time and then when I went to reply to a thread I realized I had forgotten my password for the old account. No way to retrieve it other than to just open a new account.
