Worst streaming experience in a decade, this 50th anniversary of motocross.

I’ve checked out on the season. Yeah I know. Nobody cares.

It worked for DonM so really no one else having problems. And to say it’s user error? Have you been living under a rock? I’ve tried for two months to watch the races. It’s all technical issues. Account issues. Billing issues. Provider issues. Streaming issues.

That’s not “user error” ya big dummy.

You guys gotta ease up on DC I assure you this wasn't his intention. He tried to put together a great viewing package originally on MAVTV for us and unfortunately the service didn't work out the way anyone anticipate. Since then, he seems to be doing all he can to "make it right" midseason by switching to Flo in an attempt to allow us all to view the races. I guarantee absolutely none of this was intentional and he's going to be chasing this for the rest of the year (at least). I'm sure everyone reading this thread has made a mistake or two in their lifetime, ease up.

Exactly....All I did was correct what someone said about everyone having issues and I pointed out that only one person in this thread actually said they signed up for the $6.99 and got charged more...everyone else didn't follow the link and admitted as much....but if I'm the dummy then so be it....the pile on mentality on this subject is out of control

Folks. It's just a lot easier to wait until a copy of the races show up on Youtube. It's free and there are no hoops to jump thru. ...and you can fast forward thru the shit....commercials, holeshot replays, etc...you know all the stuff the idiots give higher priority to than actual racing.

I'm not one to usually usurp fees for such things....but this whole thing has been so bad, with so many spending so much time dealing with the billing, streaming, hoop-jumping. Flo won't see a dime from me... no freaking way.

This entire streaming debacle made me realize that many moto fans lack reading comprehension. I’ve watched every race live with minimal issues, it really isn’t that hard at all.

Just download the races off pirate bay. I know a guy who has been doing it for years. Why would you buy yet ANOTHER streaming service for just one show. Thats how this same "guys" girlfriend has over 10 streaming services.. But seriously, this season with this crappy coverage, I bearly care about watching moto anymore

I had the same issue, I just emailed them via their contact form on the Flo website and mentioned I was a MAV TV subscriber and that I mistakenly got signed up for the wrong plan. They got me switched to the $6.99 plan and emailed me right away that they would be refunding the difference in 5-10 business days. MAV was not as responsive when I reached out for a refund, but supposedly they will be sending an email later this month with more details.

Sweet rant but this is a 6 month old thread that was bumped by a confused older gentleman who obviously ran the google search "cancel floracing" and this thread popped up. He thinks he is cancelling his subscription by posting here.  Calling him a snowflake may be a little harsh.
