After reading about who was the worst factory rider,IThe fact is that most all hot prospects dont usually win titles due to injuries ,Mac daddies, and red heads, who do you think had the best career without a title?Myself ,I would have to go with Doug Dubach.Discuss please....
i think of kevinW..with just a 125 title only..never got the big guy class
I'd go with probably Andrew Short (so far).
Randy Mamola
The Shop
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Ryan Hughes, he has some 4 stroke titles
Best current rider without a title talent wise would have to be Mike Alessi
Pit Row
How about Buddy Antunez? Factory Phil?
Keith Bowen...Not the best career but I think he did win a few outdoor nationals in one of the most competitive eras ever. He certainly had the raw speed and natural ability to run with the DB, RJ, O'mara, Ward, Hannah etc and perhaps win a title during the mid '80's. Unfortunately a few bad lifestyle choices and a lack of training cost him.
Too bad. He was a good guy and pleasure to watch ride a bike. One of Michigan's best ever IMO.
