I just posted on Dirt Bike Studio's Instagram a rather candid message... whoever they are? they continue to deny scamming or fraud, ok then why don't they simply deliver what they collected money for? For god's sake it's computer generated art, sad really
I got scammed from Dirt Bike Studios also. They strung me along for months before I went through paypal and got a refund. I also lodged a complaint with Instagram

My email to "the scumbags" on 11/20/22 after they requested $$$ and photos, any input on how these awful wastes of skin can be stopped would be appreciated, it's not about the $$$ to me
I should have smelled a RAT when they began responding on INSTA with "copy and paste" messages, honestly did not cross my mind I needed to be a detective dealing with an "artist" whom collected $$$ and agreed to deliver a piece for my son's memorial...Using the shroud of the sport we all love so much SX/MX, it has been a lifelong passion for us...
I agree and sorry for your loss man. I was promised art by Christmas and then nothing. When I asked for a refund he acted like I was the problem and a complete jerk. I just disputed it with my AMEX rather than PayPal as they handle it immediately. No way it wont get handled since I have screenshots and clearly did not receive what I paid for. I cannot understand why people want to do business this way.
His stuff looks great, but I have reached out to him direct from his website and on IG numerous times with no response. Not a great sign.
Art For PetrolHeads, DirtBike Studios and now Speednutzart. All the exact same account/creator and I'm embarrassed to say I got scammed as well. Originally order a design to use as T-shirt art to promote my Podcast. The conversation was really friendly as he said he used to live in my home town of Winnipeg and we even chatted in great depth about my home town football team the Winnipeg Blue Bombers which he apparently follows quite closely... Not sure if that was all made up but that friendly banter gave me confidence that I wasn't about to be scammed but in hindsight, the signs were there.. $100+ for a design that he always said "I'm not back until Wednesday or Thursday" seemly perfecting the art of putting you off long enough hoping you'll forget or give him even more time.
Regardless, it's been over 2 months and I haven't heard a peep since my last communication just after Christmas... I was curious if they was a common thing and found this thread. If you order anything from this guy, you either won't see anything for months and if you get anything it will be the same cookie cutter BS he sends to everyone else.
I'm sorry if anyone else gets scammed my this guy as I'm sure he makes hundreds per week scamming people.

If you paid via PayPal, you can report a problem and request a refund if you did not receive the artwork you order. I just submitted that request and was granted a full refund of $100 USD.

Yep. As soon as he missed the deadline I requested a refund and it took him all of an hour to tell me how unfair I was being and how awesome he is. He then called me names and was a complete jackass and then his IG name changed again lol. I skipped PayPal and disputed direct with my AMEX. Worked great, but a waste of time and I didn't receive what was going to be a Christmas gift to my daughter.
Hey BigMxRadio, how did you submit PayPal refund request, they pitched mine back as a legit transaction? Perhaps because I did thru "friends and family" to a third party the fuck gave me, something like "Barney and Willow Interiors" such a blatant slap in all of our faces, why hasn't someone in the Industry whom the fuck claims and uses INSTA handles for literally everyone including top riders responded???

At this point it’s safe to assume any pages selling ‘art work’ in that same style are fraudulent. Guy just changes his name from one lame motorsport fanatic sounding name to another and sets up shop elsewhere.
If you paid friends and family you will not get it back. You should only use that for people you know and trust.

I reported a problem via the website through my laptop. It was much easier on a website rather than the mobile app.
I was refunded the full amount days later.

Well I would sure hope they could get it delivered to you in 10 months! What an amazing guarantee! Yet, somehow I don’t believe it would ever actually show up.
Remember-it’s not the same folks as before.
One of these art guys followed me and I followed back. Next thing I know I’m getting badgered with DMs asking if I want work done. Then I started getting follows from many other art guys but I think all were same guy with different accounts. Seemed scammy.

There was a guy at Telford Classic show last weekend selling these, he had hundreds of them, he looked like a guy who was fed up of saying 'its not me'
He had product , and people were taking it away, have to say, not in great numbers.
