I’ve noticed I pump up less when I implement a combination of these 3 things. 1. Control the bike more with my legs 2. Riding frequently 3. Full diamond grips offer a smaller diameter grip which physiologically asks less of your forearms. Proper hydration and some sort of vasodilation supplement may help with blood flow.

Yep. As soon as he missed the deadline I requested a refund and it took him all of an hour to tell me how unfair I was being and how awesome he is. He then called me names and was a complete jackass and then his IG name changed again lol. I skipped PayPal and disputed direct with my AMEX. Worked great, but a waste of time and I didn't receive what was going to be a Christmas gift to my daughter.

If you paid via PayPal, you can report a problem and request a refund if you did not receive the artwork you order. I just submitted that request and was granted a full refund of $100 USD. I haven't heard from this Clown in a month.. Willing to bet I hear from him now..
